I think it's really sad that this "Exodus" has happened here....again. And it's all over nasty rumors that has spread from December 2010, regarding a note hack, which may have had something to do with the Server hack at the time. All this drama is making me feel very sad, angry and disappointed. I hope something like this never happens again. It's no wonder why some people think the furry fandom is horrible.

Regardless of whether or not it's all a lie, this all goes back to even before the damn sate existed! From what I heard, it was a rumour started by some disgruntled person, but I forget exactly what.

Irregardless, you have to appreciate the fact that I made this journal in a fit of rage over all the drama. That said, you also must appreciate the other points I make, especially the one about how we would feel if we were in the shoes of the person at the centre of all this, being forced to suck up all the insults and hate (I myself have had a VERY sobering taste of what it's like, a long time ago), and also how all the flames of all this drama were started and are being fanned by all the people who believe they are much more than rumours without so much as a lick of proof themselves. That's why I say burn on all those who got banned amongst all this chaos, because it serves them right.

And by the way, I have dug extensively into this rumour. My theories from all this being nothing more than lies comes from me not being able to prove that it's anything more than a rumour, even after spending a full 6 hours of searching through documents online. I even went so far as to look up info on court cases (which by law is public information), and found absolutely nothing. I may not be able to prove that it's a lie, but I can't UNPROVE it either. Think about it.

A: Even in the worst circumstances, my rage is still a little more justified than how everyone else is behaving (sans the people who are also tired of the bullshit, of course). For a start, as said in the start of the journal, my feed in FA and Facebook both have been getting flooded with rage journals (and only a few of them are from people wanting the madness to stop), and I have simply decided to voice my opinions. I do call this a rant journal, yes, but I also wrote it with hopeful intent to open people's eyes to the true cause of it. I am trying to help put it to a stop by also applying tact and diplomacy, particularly in comment replies in this journal, to help nail the point. But you are starting to come off as someone who is actually INTENT on fanning the flames. I have no doubt in my mind that there are a few such people among the ragers around here, and I am starting to wonder if YOU are one of them. So I suppose that would make you alone not a hypocrite, but a sociopath or a troll. I could go on, but I think I have made my point here.

B: I honestly don't know how many times I have to say this - It's not the proof so much as the lack of it - I have already told you that I have been exhaustively searching and haven't found one lick of evidence that either confirms OR denies that Zaush raped someone. All I could find is that the most recent event in this story occured in early (or perhaps late, I forgot exactly when) 2010, and that the number of incidents has also been one, and ONLY one. THIS MEANS THAT BECAUSE NOBODY CAN LEGITIMATELY SAY INNOCENT OR GUILTY ON THIS, WE *SHOULDN'T* BE SAYING WHETHER HE'S INNOCENT OR GUILTY!!! So why ARE we? Huh? Personally, I think we should be declaring a writ of 'innocent until proven guilty'. And sorry about the bolded caps, but I have said this more than 5 times in this journal alone. C: A few more reasons why I made this journal. While it's true that I made it a bit public (and hindsight borne from you tells me that may have been a mistake), it was also directed at a couple of my friends (although admittedly pretty much all of them are mutual) who joined the bad side of the so-called 'Exodus' shitstorm, and shall also remain nameless. This has all left me rather wounded, because not only is this whole site deviating from what I came to worship and discover, but people who I was close to or wanted to get close to have started behaving in ways that are truly horrifying and make me want to stay away from them. You also say this journal is nothing but speculation - the whole fact is that pretty much all of said speculation is actually not speculation itself, but talking about all the speculation that fuels this whole site-wide shitstorm. And once again, my declaration of you being hypocritical comes from you being the first to call me out on raging when not only am I more or less a victim of all this even before I posted the journal, but you are either too shallow to see the truth behind all the psychology, or you're deliberately ignoring it. I seriously hope it's not the latter, but I am not hopeful of this, because despite my direct mention in a lone comment on the thousands of other people who you could also be telling what you told me, and how they are also hypocrites, you continued to pick on me. What I said to you then was actually a serious suggestion, you know.

And D: The peadophilia thing comes from the manner everyone is behaving. I know for a fact that peadophilia is held in much higher contempt than rape, and while I know it's rape we're talking about, with the way everybody is carrying on, it might as well be peadophilia, because that seems to me to be on a much better par with the rage levels I'm seeing than just rape. Why not accuse him of MURDER while we're at it(?) Furthermore, people reform from many crimes often. Again, even if Zaush actually did this, he is hardly a career criminal, and those kinds of people are the ones you really need to watch out for. I will admit that the 'reform from rape' thing was speculation, but you can't seem to tell me it doesn't happen, either. But either way, how would you feel if you were in Zaush's shoes, having to deal with this drama every single day? I don't normally let myself get drawn off-topic, but I must admit, our characters look dangerously identical. Pretty much the only key differences are some colour differences and the key bodily differences (scars).

- My face lacks a fox mark (although I have been planning to add one in, and still are)
- Fur shades overall are slightly lighter than mine.
- Handpaws and ear tips are black, whereas mine are both white.
- Your shins and ankles are black with white paws. My paws are white in that entire region.
- You have a lot more white on your fringe than me.
- My tail, unlike yours, does not have a black ring near the tip.
- My muzzle is slightly longer, the ears slightly bigger, and so too are the eyes.
- My body shape is slim. Yours appears to be stocky or athletic.
- With the he exception of my head and tail, my fur is very short, much shorter than yours.

The link to the journal you posted doesn't anywhere say that there's no proof. Yes, Said Person was not convicted, and the reason why is that rape victims very rarely go to the authorities because of your behavior right now.

Let's pretend for a second that Said Person is totally innocent. If allegations are raised against a person, and a team hires that person, their reputation is damaged. Is it fair? Probably not. Does it happen literally every day in the real world? Yes. It doesn't matter what actually happened, Lead Person knew Said Person's reputation, brought them publicly onto a team, and then fought and fought against those of us who brought up legitimate concerns, as opposed to doing damage control. This is why so many people are angry.

I linked that journal because of the similar points it has I am making here. Also, Neer is trying to tell people that the cases were dismissed, and dismissing those who are taking the issue too far. If that's not damage control, perhaps you can tell me what a better way of handling things is?

Well, not having brought Said Person on in the first place would have been the best route. Now that they're here, apologizing and dismissing them. Hell, even an apology. Nothing like a, "We've messed up" has been offered.

I actually kinda agree with Black, even though i never knew about this in the first place, um... I don't know... I never meet the guy, but i don't with a name like, um, Zaush... He seems like a nice guy who would never do stuff like that... now please don't write a comment to me saying 'm wrong or something... i don't know whats going on but i think from hearing what Black has to say, i have to agree.
