i figured a TOS may be a good thing to have! so here it is.
hey, thanks for taking the time to read this. i won't take long; here are the basics:
• you MAY repost work you have purchased to your gallery/toyhouse, but you may NOT alter the art without my permission, NOR may you claim the art as your own. you must give me credit! the no altering rule also includes adding watermarks or removing my signature.
• you MAY use my art for your icon on any site you like, however i would PREFER that you give me credit.
• you CAN sell characters who have art that has been drawn by me, and include the price of my art in the sale price, as long as you are not making a profit.
• you MAY re-sell adoptables that i have made, for the same price or lower, unless additional art has been bought upon which the price can increase depending on the amount/value of the art.
• i will send you an invoice unless you specify another way to pay. BY PAYING AN INVOICE I SEND YOU, YOU ARE AGREEING TO MY TOS/FAQ!
• if you have a deadline for your art, YOU MUST TELL ME! i am not a mind reader! i am FINE with working with deadlines, i just NEED to know ahead of time instead of being told three days beforehand when you ordered your commission from me weeks ago. do not assume i will finish work by a specific date unless you ask for one! always ask to be safe!
• you may request a refund at any time, HOWEVER, i do still require payment for any work that has been completed up to that point, UNLESS a.) i have failed to meet a pre-decided deadline, or b.) no work has been completed yet.
• issuing a chargeback will result in me blocking you, immediately. I WILL ALWAYS BE HAPPY TO ISSUE REFUNDS! THERE IS NEVER ANY NEED FOR CHARGEBACKS! they harm my credibility on paypal and there is absolutely no need for them because i will always give refunds if they are requested.
• i WILL make revisions! asking for revisions AFTER the work has been completed requires a small fee, however, if i have sent you a WIP and the change was not pointed out to me sooner. if i did not send a WIP, then i will revise at any stage free of charge!
• WIPs will be given automatically for FULL ILLUSTRATIONS ONLY! icons, toony illustrations, and the like will only be given a WIP sketch if i feel it is necessary, or if you request it, which you are welcome to do!
• please give me time to finish your commission. work is usually completed within a few weeks to a month. any art that takes longer than three months, you are more than welcome to request a full refund for.
• i have the right to refuse service if i feel it is necessary. on a related note, YOU MAY NOT COMMISSION ME FOR NSFW ART IF YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE OF CONSENT IN THE UNITED STATES (18). this is for my own safety. i WILL report to FA should a minor attempt to trick me into selling them nsfw art.
• IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS AT ANY TIME, PLEASE ASK! i'm always happy to answer questions about my commissions! <3
things i WILL draw:
- goo/slime characters
- realistically chubby/obese characters
- stuffing/inflation
- soft vore
- NSFW/kinky shit. i'm pretty mellow on what i will/won't draw so pretty much any kink is OK unless stated in the won't draw section. feel free to ask though!
- gore/guro/body horror
- drug use
- queer/trans characters
- humans
- mecha
- micro/macro (case-by-case basis)
- feral characters (SFW only)
- non-human genitalia
- monsters/sentient non-human creatures (spirits, ghosts, eldritch abominations)
- object heads
- sequences/comics depicting any of the above.
things i will NOT draw:
- offensive subject matter, this is purely case by case
- NSFW feral characters
- watersports
- scat
- diapers/babyfur/cub
- internal shots (maybe??)
- flat out rape idk, dub/noncon-y kinks are generally fine though (vore/breeding/snuff/etc)
- orgies (unless it's a YCH or something)
- MLP characters, OC or otherwise
- porn of characters from children's shows (Steven Universe, Disney movies, etc)
- undertale
