Where : Shooters Billiards and Arcade in Southington CT
Price : $15.95 (3 hours of pool, arcade, and soft drinks)
Time : 7:00pm-10:00pm
Date : March 15, 2014
RSVP by Feb 20th.....then I will reserve tables. If you RSVP after the 20th you can still come and you'll just have to join a table.
Fursuits are allowed as well as tails, ears, paws, furry gear
Please no make-up or anything on your hands....it will get on the pool tables
Alcohol is served there too but that is not included in the $15.95 and you must show ID which means if you are a suitter, removing your head and showing your face. It is recommended if you plan on drinking at all during the night, that you show your ID and face before suitting up.
There is a bathroom on the premisis but I am not sure exactly how big it is, people may want to arrive partially suitted or even ready to go if you are not driving. Myself I will arrive in my under armour so it's a quick change into my suit. I'm going to see about a space where we can keep our totes while we play.
This as well as any other meet is a public place, and there is expensive equipment here. They are nice enough to allow us to come in and play in our suits. Please no horseplay and roughing around, please be on your best behavior. They can easily ask us to leave if they see problems with us interfering with other patrons. I'm sure people will want pictures and stuff which is the norm, but please don't bother other people while they are playing.
And also drink responsibly if you do drink!

i'm also glad to hear shooters is letting us suit there!
if i remember, they have a few arcade machines too, :3
