PAYMENT:
For sketches: Only up front
For linearts/color pics: Up front or half after sketch approval half after completion.
If the artwork is finished before final payments are made, the Client will not receive the original paint/drawing or un-watermarked digital image of the commission until final payments are made.

REVISONS:
NO REVISIONS ON SKETCH ONLY COMMISSIONS
On sketch stage: up to 3 free revisions, each extra revision adds $0.5 to the price. (not applied to sketch only commisions)
On lineart stage: up to 3 free revisions, each extra revision adds $0.5 to the price (won´t redraw it from scratch) .
On color stage: up to 3 free revisions, each extra revision adds $0.5 to the price.(won´t redraw it from scratch)

COMMISSION DISCUSSION:
-Commission description (characters, pose, rating, etc.) must be given as soon as the commission starts. I can work with character descriptions, and I work better when I have a description of their personality too.
If your commission description includes any cub/shota/loli adult situation (be it in text or in a picture) please edit it out. I don't condemn that stuff in fantasy, but neither would like to read about/view it, ok?
Example:
An adult picture featuring the underage characters.
A mention of past sexual with the underage character.
The Artist will not discuss a commission with a client via public forum, or instant messenger. Communications about commissions between Client and Artist will be made only through zhuria.citta[at]gmail.com , the original journal or notes to ensure all information and communications are consolidated in one location.
The Artist ensures the Client will receive email updates on commission when necessary. Clients are encouraged to check in when they feel it's necessary for updates, assurance or reminders.

COMMISSION CANCELLATION:
If the Client wishes to cancel their commission during the sketch stage they will be refunded the full Amount (pose sketch can be used by the artist as a premade commission)
If the Client wishes to cancel their commission during or after the coloring stage they will be issued a 25% refund.
The Artist reserves the right to issue a refund and cancel a commission due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, inhability to communicate in effective English.

- FEMALES
- LESBIAN/HETERO SEX (Can't draw two males together because of artistic ability, not disliking it)
- LOVELY COUPLES (F/F, M/F, M/M)
WILL DRAW (but can take a little more time)
- M/M SEX
- MALES
- CLEAN CUB.
- HARD VORE.
- SOFT VORE (only if there's a BIG size difference, think of hida and a normal char)
WON´T DRAW:
-WATERSPORTS
-SCAT
-CUB:
Naked chars (nipples wont be drawn if bare chested)
Sexual activities.
Suggestive sexual poses.
Diapers in grown up children (Think of 6 years old the limit for this)
- SOFT VORE.
-UNBIRTHING.
(this list can be changed at any time)

ABOUT DISPLAYING/DISTRIBUTION/ETC RIGHTS:
The Artist retains the right to display all commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, or journal. If the commissioned work is a time-sensitive gift the Artist may delay public showcase at the request of the Client.
The Artist retains ALL the rights to the commissioned artwork. However will not sell prints of your commissions or merchandasing unless it´s in an art book.
The Client can make prints of the artwork, and profit from the artwork (credit is required). The Client may edit the image as they please, I grant permission to get a lineart done by me colored, but I would prefer that if you´re going to pay, you pay me. The Client may also upload the artwork to their personal website or gallery, but credit is required.
The Artist may recycle sketches and preparatory works that were rejected by the Commissioner for other commissions or personal works.

The Client must read, understand and agree to all the above terms before entering into an agreement with the Artist. By sending payment, the Client agrees to the above terms.
