AS ME THE ARTIST

I hold all rights to my work, and I will post my work to my online galleries
- If a commissioner wishes for a commission to remain "private" I will charge a %15 privacy fee of the commission cost. this doesnt apply to a piece you want delayed. such as birthday/holiday/anniversary gifts.

I reserve the right to cancel at any time.
- You will be issued a full refund (if i am mid-work, i will take a percent equaling the value of the progress i made out of the refund)
- reasons i may cancel are if a commissioner is being excessively rude, beyond reasonable, or harasses me. or if i find myself unable to skillfully execute a picture and it is beyond my ability.

- I also reserve the right to not accept certain commissions either because i think they are beyond me, i dislike the theme, or they are characters that do not translate well over to my style.

- If you are getting sexually explicit art, i need to verify you are over 18 years old.



AS MY CUSTOMER

- You may repost artwork done for you/or art depicting your character anywhere with due credit to me and a link back to my gallery. so that means if you are in a group picture. even if you didnt commission it, you may repost it because your in it.


- Contact can be made via FA notes. this is my primary website, i DO have a Weaysl but this is where your best to get ahold of me.

- sometimes i may make mistakes. you get 2 "go back and fix this please". if you waste them both, anything after that you will have to deal with. its an immense waste of my time to go back over and over and over. so please be attentive to your details

- you will get a WIP of each step of the way


CONCEPT ART

Personal Characters:
If your character has any overly specific and uncommon markings I need a reference sheet.

I'll accept any of the following as forms of reference:

- Character reference. this is ideal. a fully made reference sheet that allows me to see you from the front, back, and sides. if you dont have that, you can give me multiple images of yourself that give the best details

- written description: results may vary, you are esentialy giving me artistic interpretation of your words, so it may not come out exactly as you may be imagining it.

Things i would want to know
* Eye color
* Hair color
* Hair length/style
* Species
* Specific markings
* Extra appendages (if applicable)
* leg type. digitrate or plantigrate
* gender
* scars

- Artistic liberty: i LOVE having freedom. i feel i do my very best work when i have the freedom to move and change to create the most ideal picture.

Concept art I will NOT accept includes:
-scribbled
-uncoloured
-art of character that does not belong to you
-dont send me to your gallery and make me do the hunting. prepare specific links


PAYMENT / QUOTES

- Quotes are only good for two weeks. unless if you have set up a payment plan with me and are making regular payments. or if i have updated my commission prices

- I require full payment up front (unless payment plan is agreed upon)

- when we have arranged the details, provide me your paypal, and i will send you a invoice to be paid immediately upon receiving.


-Inability/failure to pay within 1 weeks of an agreed price will loose you your slot. if you have a payment plan set up, regular payments are expected. failure to make each one will result in bumping down the Queu (if you cant make one, please inform me and we can work it out)

- if i give you a quote, and you do NOT have a regular payment plan set up, and just "pay whenever" thats not a plan, and because of that a Quote i give you may no longer be valid after a time. so the price of said commission could go up. so PLEASE, i strongly advice a regular plan, so you can keep your quote price.

Adoptable rules

-you must notify me if you aim to sell your adopt

- you are not permitted to sell it for more than you paid for it (if there is other art and your selling it as a bundle. we can talk it out)

- if you intend to make changes to the overall design or look/colors/markings. let me know. because i retain final say in how far you can change its apprearance

- you may not trade it away unless you inform me first, so that i may update my logs

- if you buy something that is a private closed race, you are not allowed to change the characters race.

- if you intend to have your paid for adopt have children with other characters. you may not have another (private race) offspring.

- IF you do wish to have offspring of my race, i must be notified and i request a financial accomidation. so you cant just buy ONE. then make hoards of children for yourself with it. i will request %65 of what the full price would be for that race.

- you may name them anything you wish except for a name of one of my own characters of course

- all adoptions are final, so you cant decide a month later you dont want it and get your money back. think about your adoption.

- you are permitted to repost, so long as you give proper credit and links back to my page
