First of all, hello! Welcome to my page, thanks for taking a look~ Now assuming by the fact you're currently reading this you've taken a bit of a fancy for my work and would like to get a lil' something? Or just browsing? Well for whatever reason, welcome. Make sure to read everything carefully, and if you have questions at all feel free to ask in the comments or shoot me a note.

Terms of Service (Commissions)
Payment must be sent before I start on your commission.
I will contact you for payment once your turn comes up. Until then you are held on my queue. You may not cancel when I'm ready to start on your commission, any cancellations must be discussed about beforehand.
Make sure to pay correctly, please read this to know how:
I will charge extra to cover PayPal fees.
I have the right to accept or deny any commission offers I'm sent
Any mistakes in character design will not be fixed unless it is my fault. Make sure that ref is up to date or you're very descriptive.
Feel free to ask for updates on your art, and I am happy to provide WiP shots.
I ask for at most three weeks to work on your commission due to various issues that could occur.
If you want something specific on your commission, make sure to speak up. I will not edit a finished commission because you wanted something a bit different.
Commissions must be filled out using the commission form provided on my slot journals.
You have permission to upload your completed piece to anything you'd like so long as you're not gaining any money from it. You also must credit me in the description and/or title.
I have copyright over the art piece as well, and I am allowed to use it for whatever purposes I need to use it in such as advertising, examples, etc. This means I will NOT take down a completed piece, even if you commissioned it.
Payment only taken through PayPal and in USD only.
If you want a refund, depending on how far I am done, it'll affect how much you'll get back. If I haven't started, you get the full amount. If I have, you get 75% back. If I'm halfway done, you only get 50% back, and anything past there will only get you 25% back. And if it's finished and you ask for a refund, you don't get your art as well as getting refunded only a fraction.
By commissioning me, you accept all of my terms of service and are required to oblige and follow them. Breaking them will cause appropriate action to be taken.

Terms of Service (Art Trades/Requests)
I have the right to accept or deny any trade/request offers I'm sent .
Any mistakes in character design will not be fixed unless it is my fault. Make sure that ref is up to date or you're very descriptive.
I only trade art in equivalent values. No crazy trades like a sketch for an animated pixel icon, etc.
You can add some specifics, but I'll still do some artistic liberty.
I will not post my half of an art trade until you do. You can blame people in the past ruining it for everyone else.
I can take as long as needed for request, and art trades are usually finished within days.
I have copyright over the art piece as well, and I am allowed to use it for whatever purposes I need to use it in such as advertising, examples, etc.

DO:
Ask about trying something a bit different
Be polite and treat me with respect
Tell me what you'd like with as much detail as you want
Provide plenty of references (NO NSFW REFERENCES)
Send a tip if you really want to, you don't have to. ;w;
DON'T:
Whine abut prices
Start drama
Ask for something I don't draw
Harass me for not being willing to take your commission
Beg for free art
