Terms of Service for Commissions [[IMPORTANT]]

I felt the need to type up some official rules/regs for commissioning me so I don't need to tell people over and over and so everyone understands more easily.
GENERAL TOS
1.) I will draw any fetish/species.
2.) I reserve the right to at any time decline a commission for any reason I see fit.
3.) I do not serve rude customers. If you are rude to me while trying to purchase a commission, I will block you. If you are rude to me after purchasing a commission, I will complete/post/send the commission as promised, but then I will block you. If you are rude to me, I WILL BLOCK YOU. My anxiety does not allow for me putting up with hostile customers.
4.) NO REFUNDS.
5.) I do not charge by headshot/bust/fullbody for a reason. Certain drawings I feel will turn out better if slightly zoomed/cropped. I try my best to show as much of the character as possible but reserve the right to only be obligated to draw from the waist up. (unless otherwise specified by the commissioner)
6.) I usually complete commissions within a week, depending on a lot of factors. I try my hardest to complete them within 24-48 hours, or AT LEAST within a month. Feel free to ask for progress updates!! But, please understand that I have severe anxiety and a personal life, so there may be times where I need very short breaks from working on commissions.
7.) If you purchase a commission before a new sale launches, it can not be reimbursed for the difference/included in that sale.
8.) By commissioning me, stream commissions, YCH or otherwise, you agree to all of these TOS
APPROVAL SKETCHES & REQUESTING A CHANGE TO A COMMISSION
1.) If there is something you want changed about a commission I just completed for you, simply note me what you would like adjusted
2.) You may only request a change to a commission within 1 week of the commission being posted. This is so I can clear bulky layer files off of my computer asap
3.) I will only modify a completed commission ONCE.
4.) Please give me the 'OK' when you first see your commission and let me know that you are satisfied with it so that I can start removing the files from my computer. (This means, don't tell me you are satisfied with the piece and then message me 3 days later asking me to change it.)
5.) On flats/fulls you may ask to see the completed sketch before I finish the piece, in order to approve the general layout and correct any possible character design errors.
6.)An approval sketch will be sent automatically on commissions of over 75$, unless otherwise specified by the commissioner. Any commissions costing less than this amount must request to see the sketch for approval when purchasing the commission.
7.) Sketch commissions and approval sketches under $50 can only be adjusted once, but preliminary approval sketches for flats and fulls $50+ can be altered several times until you are completely satisfied.
ANONYMITY
1.) All commissions will be treated as 'public' unless otherwise specified by the commissioner.
2.) 'Public': Piece may be worked on while streaming and will be posted as commissioned by the commissioner.
3.) 'Anonymous': Piece may be worked on while streaming and will be posted as commissioned by 'anonymous'.
4.) 'Private': Piece may NOT be worked on while streaming and may NOT be posted on FA. (ONLY an option for sketch commissions. I like to be able to display my work.)
PRICING
1.) All prices USD. Paypal only. Commission will be started after payment is received.
2.) Sketch: 20$ for 1 character, +15$ each additional character
3.) Flat: 35$ for 1 character, +25$ each additional character
4.) Full: 55$ for 1 character, +35$ each additional character
5.) Simple color/gradient/imported image/texture background included with all flat/full commissions. Complex background/scenery costs additional. Depending on detail, this additional fee can be 5$-20$+
6.) Other things that may cost additional include but are not limited to: Big or Detailed Props, Bodily Fluids, Wings/Additional Limbs/Taurs, Scat, Complex Designs/Clothing. Depending on the type of commission and other factors, these additional fees can range from $5-20$+
ADDITIONAL CHARACTER OPTIONS
1.) When purchasing a commission with your character in a situation with another character, if you don't have a second character of your own to use, you have a few other options! (find a friend who would like to either go in on the commission with you, or that would just be willing to let you use their character; let me design a character specifically for the piece, use one of my characters, etc)
2.) If you'd like one of my characters in the piece (usually KONIG, PLEXUS, or VOODOO) I may be willing to include them while charging less than the usual 'additional character fee' (or even not charging that fee at all in some cases) However, this is not a guaranteed discount and I will likely only do it if the piece pertains to my personal kinks. (I have those on my profile for reference)

I never sold any of the initial 3 reduced-price test runs for them, so the prices are still:
$25 for a character with a frontal-view, full-body, flat color reference
$35 for character with a front and back, full body, flat color reference
