Payment:

I only accept/allow payment through paypal in US currency. Payment is due in full before I get started on any type of work. Please remember any other small fees in addition with the base price, only for paypal tax.

Content restrictions:

This is a list of things I will /not/ draw, or if I feel I'm not comfortable with.
- certain copyright characters
- underage characters
- incest
- out of proportion body parts
- overly muscle characters
- rape
-transformaion
- robots, mecha
- realism
- vore

If there is something that is not covered above but you think it would be something that I might not be comfortable with, don't hesitate to note me and ask.

Progress

I will be in contact with you in what ever way is more comfortable, wither it be through FA or dA, or through personal email.
I will send a progress sketch, if that is approved I will continue to finish the piece, along with more work in progress pictures and so on.

Deadlines and time

Commissions are done one at a time, artwork is not my only way of income, I have my etsy store as well that needs to be handled.
I do work and I have a social life, but I do take commissions very seriously, so please just be patient with me when it comes to your artwork.
If you need a certain artwork done before a certain date, please let me know at least 2 weeks in advance.

Refunds

If I cannot start on a commission for any reason at all, you will be refunded at full price.
If you cancel your commission for any reason after there has been progress you will receive a refund but minus a small fee for what work has been started.
Completed artwork are not refundable.

Rights and use

The commissioner has all rights to their own personal characters, but I retain all rights in regarding to the artwork. The commissioner may use the artwork in any way they want possible, as long as they give me credit. But the commissioner may not use the artwork to many any money.
If you want to use artwork for any commercial use you must talk to me in advance to talk about royalties. The commissioner does not have the right to use my artwork without prior permission.

Discounts

I will offer 15% off discounts to returning commissioners

I have the right to refuse service to anyone, and refuse to accept a commission for any reason. Terms of service may be subject to change.
