If you thought Ming was merciless...
If by some chance you've seen the old Flash Gordon serials made in the 1930s and 1940s you might have noticed something odd. The little handheld rayguns were downright lethal. One hit from one of those and the victim was dead, dead, dead. But in the Execution Chamber where Flash was bound to a chair and a huge ray gun was aimed at him, it was a wimpy thing that didn't kill outright but caused agony for some time - thus allowing scenes of Flash in bondage, struggling against the beam while his rescue was effected, and for the serial to not end instantly.
Well, now we have our own 'Flash' who is quite the stud... for now, anyway. He's nude or close to it and strapped into the chair. But it's not just any chair, no. This one has a vice that his balls cannot escape. It's a motor-driven affair and if the motor controller gets a signal (like a specially modulated light beam - can't have it closing with just some plain flashlight or something - that's way too easy, why any fool could accidentally end the fun then) it closes.. slowly, agonizingly. If the beam stops or veers away, the vice reverses and opens - also slowly.
The guards/sexecutioners are female here, of course, and taking their time about things. They're playing with him. Why, this could go on for some time. Will they actually pop his nuts... today? Or just torment him for their amusement - this time? There's just no telling.
