Shushikitty's Commission Terms of Service
1.) I reserve the right to decline any commissions for no reason more then I don’t feel like doing it. Please respect that as an artist, sometimes I just don’t feel up to certain ideas. This does not necessarily mean I will NEVER take a certain idea (unless I specifically tell you).
2.) I reserve the right to repost any works commissioned to me for advertisement purposes to sites including but not limited to Furaffinity, DeviantArt, Weasyl, and Sofurry. Character copyright credit etc. will of course be given.
3.) A commissioner may of course repost their commission, I only ask to be credited as the artist and have the original linked in return. If you dont relink it I will kindly remind you to. I know sometime people forget so I dont mind reminding you. But as soon as you ignore my reminder and still havent linked back I will have to take other measures to take it down. I know it seems harsh but its not fair to me that the repost of my art gets more attention and love then the original piece.
4.) My art is not to be resold for any form of profit whatsoever, if you commission me for a piece of art, it’s for you. You are not allowed to turn around and sell it for profit. If you purchase an adoptable and wish to sell it later it must be sold for the price of purchase or less. If you were given an adoptable for free it must be given away for free.
5.) Any art you wish to have drawn by me must be within proper copyright. Fanart is limited to Pokemon and MLP but I will not do art of someone else’s character without their permission as well. (Surprise gifts for friends can be negotiated] If I find out I have drawn a character without permission it will be taken down.
6.) Any cancellations must be made prior to the start of a commission. Any cancellations after work has already begun will incur a fee upon the commissioner based on the amount of work already completed. (IE: If a commissioner wants a full color full shaded piece but cancels part way through coloring the piece they are required to pay for the completed lineart based on standard lineart price indicated in my commission guide.) I am not to strict on people canceling.
7.) Work in Progress (WIP) checks can be provided but must be discussed beforehand and are the responsibility of the commissioner to express interest in and/or request. (Please don’t commission me for a fully shaded piece but not mention a WIP check til a couple of weeks later when I’m almost done shading and ask to see the sketch and then get upset because it’s not how you like it. If you want to make sure the art is going to go how you want it, then clarify that when negotiating the commission)
8.) I DO NOT work with deadlines. I’m sorry, I have a lot of internet/computer issues that can sometimes leave me unable to work on digital art for weeks at a time. I don’t like to work under pressure, so don’t try to deadline me!
9.) If I open up slotted commissions you can post interest for a slot but you will be replaced if you cannot pay for your commission when the time comes and someone else can. You have 24 hours to pay for your slot or I will move onto the next person interested.
10.) I have zero tolerance for chargebacks. If I am doing or have done a commission for you and receive a chargeback: I will take measures to have all posts of the work removed, resell the pose, and have a permanent block for you across all platforms I use.
Fetishes I Will NOT do-
Scat, watersport, and cub porn.
Feel free to ask if I will do a fetish. I will let you know if Im willing to draw it.
