Adoptable Policy

1. Do not resell the adoptable for more than you paid for it. The only exception is if it has extra art not given to you for free during raffles, livestreams, or other non-paid for means. If you, yourself, have drawn art for it, you may up the price.
2. Do not purchase adoptables just to resell them the next day. If you are unsure about the adoptable, please do not purchase it.
3. Watermark all uploaded adoptables. You are required to have some sort of watermark on the adoptable when you upload it. Failure to do so will get your adoptable stolen and then I will wash my hands of it / you will have to handle the situation yourself.
4. Do not take credit for any species, art, or lore that has been made for the adoptables.
5. All credit must be given where credit is due - if you are to upload the art, please link back to me for the adoptable. Do not claim as your own.
6. All auctions are to be paid for within 24 hours of of confirmed win. Failure to do so will forfeit your right to that adoptable and it will be given to the last bidder.
+++++ Bidding with funds you do not have is a bannable offense from further auctions.
7. You are allowed to change the gender of the adoptable to whatever you want. Most are drawn unisex for this reason.
8. You are also allowed to change the hair, markings, whatever as the adoptable, but you are not allowed to sell it as a separate version or make twins. You are allowed to make seasonal coats / different color versions but only if you are to sell it as same art for the character. You are not allowed to make a separate adoptable from the adoptable you purchased from me.
9. Breeding is not allowed with adoptables in the sense that you can create all new characters and sell them. If you do breed your adoptables with another user during roleplay, art interactions, etc, you must keep the breeded characters (Both children and parents) between the two of you. If one parent is to sell their character, the other will keep the children and will not be able to sell the children as separate characters. They will be considered extra art for the adoptable in itself only.
10. All species listed here are closed species - that means you are not, for any reason, allowed to duplicate, replicate, or make your own without payment or purchase from me.
11. Do not ask users who have purchased these adoptables to trade, purchase, or give you their adoptable. Unless they are offering such amenities, do not harass, note, or hound these users. A simple ask once is fine, but anything further that is deemed harassment is a bannable offense.
12. If you are affected by the above rule, contact me immediately with a screenshot of both the message sent and the username as proof so appropriate actions can be taken.
