My month from hell and it's not even half over...

I am so stressed out because of so many things. My incompetent maintenance man never fixed my sink, my sagging ceiling, or the cabinet that is falling away from the wall. My apartment complex is having inspections this Wednesday so I have to do a thorough cleaning or I'll get a lease violation and/or be evicted. They are making me get rid of one of my cats because I'm only allowed 1 service animal. So I have until the 15th to find my sweetheart of a kitty Fae a new home. I've had her for almost 2 years now and I love her very much...I am completely heartbroken and have been crying myself to sleep pretty much every night since I found out. My computer died Friday before last and I just got it back up and running thanks to my mate buying me a new power cord. I can't pay my bills so my phone and maybe even gas is going to be shut off. My mom usually helps me with my bills but she can't even pay all of hers this month. Plus my car insurance is going to be discontinued, but I don't even have money for gas so I can't drive anyways. In fact my car is sitting on empty, the low fuel light is on. And I won't be able to get my medication when I run out in a few days. So yea I'm not in the best of places mentally right now :( I've been battling major depression and suicidal thoughts as of late...
I don't know what I'm going to do about my bills. I am open for blacklight badge commissions but haven't had much interest in them anymore (which is weird, I had like 3 or 4 people say they wanted one but never got back to me with info). Thing is though I don't really have the time or....sanity... to work on art right now. I know it would just add on to my stress.

$100- Mom's bills
$63- Car insurance
$61- Gas bill
$35- Medication
$30- Home phone
That is a grand total of $289
My home phone isn't that important so that one is least priority.
Well I guess I better get back to cleaning...gotta get this place tidy for the warden.
