FINALLY GOT TO THIS! i sorta just whipped it up, though i did read over it i may have to add some things i might have forgot or edit some things.

-Terms of service:
I have the right to modify the TOS if I feel it is right to be modified. Along with anything else that relates to Rainy Daze Studios. I do state that you are responsible for reviewing these conditions before you decide to purchase anything from me. If there is a change in anything i will notify through journal :) By reading through, or checking this page (along with my profile page) or by placing a commission, you have agreed to my Terms of Service. If you do not agree, then please do not commission me.
-Content:
You may not copy, reproduce, sell, re-post, claim as own, distribute, modify, etc. anything on this page without written permission from me. If you purchase an item from me, you have the right to post as you please, I just please ask that you post a link to original image on my page along and given credit to me as the maker and please let me know before you do so. I also ask, if you sell your costume/item, that you do NOT sell it for more than you bought it for.
-Payment:
Payment is not required upfront. I do accept Payment plans. You may pay $80+ per month, but I do add that nothing is started till suit is completely paid off. Also, I require a non-refundable down payment of 30% percent when you are ready to start paying! (for heads, partials suits, full suits and digirade full suits). If you have a due date for the suit I would suggest trying to get it paid off within 2 months of that said due date. That way I have time to make it, and it also has time to get to the customer. Other things such as Hand/feet paws, tails, ears, etc. payment is due upfront. Payment is accepted through PayPal only at the moment. I am not responsible for lost or late payments. . I please ask that you be sure you are finacially able to purchase! I woulndt want you worrying about any financial issues.
-Quotes:
Quotes will be open a few weeks before the actual opening date. This will give you some time to save! I will only chose quotes that i think i am able to do. I also have the right to deny services to anyone, and I also have the right to stop a commission if the commissioner gets out of hand or to troublesome.
-Pricing:
All Prices for suits and costumes are ALL STARTING. It will go up if costume becomes complex/ how much material is used, customer has and requests. I also must state sometimes my prices may change. (it is most doubtful to happen though, and will go up if changed) But if you have already started payment, your price stays the same.
-Allergies:
Please let me know if you have pet allergies or fabric allergies!! for pets, I have 2 birds, 2 bunnies, and 2 hamsters! They are all kept downstairs and away from the costumes, but still let me know!
-We do smoke Vapor pens!
We do smoke Epens in the house. Along with Hookah. Hookah is smoked FAR away from the costumes.
-AGE:
If you are under the age of 18, I please ask that I get permission through email or phone. But I do have to state, you still have time to grow! It is best to wait : ) But if you feel you are ready, I would still like permission from a parent(or guardian).
-Reference Images:
I do require reference pictures of your character. I prefer a 3 sided image, but 2 sided (example front and back view) will work. If the image is not clear I will ask for you to get a ref sheet. I can make you one as well but will add to charge. Also I must state, I will do my best to make your markings/ patterns on your character match up! But if you have 100 spots on one arm, and 107 on the other….yeahhhh “>3>
-Changing a characters concept:
I can change the concept on your character as long as the costume is not too far into progress. (So please no LAST MINUTE changes) For example, if I have the foam work done, and you want different markings, I can do that. You will just get re-quoted. Price may raise or go down. (if goes down and you have already fully paid I will send you back the amount needed)
-Measurements:
I do require a Duct Tape Dummy for full suits and digigrade suits. If you need a tutorial for one you can go here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aOjK7yedoek I will also ask for Head measurement, Hand tracing, Shoe size, how long you would like your tail. ect. As for partials, heads, feet, etc, measurements will be asked for when ordering costume.
-WIP images (Work in progress):
I will share WIP pictures while working if you wish. I tend to sometimes get so into the work I get too far before I realize it. But image can be sent through email if asked by commissioner :) i must state that this can slow down the work process if commissioner does not reply right away.
-Repairs to costume:
I will do repairs for free if the customer did not cause the damage themselves I just ask you pay for shipping both ways. I also now have a one year warranty for my costumes! (again costume must be sent in for repairs and only certain repairs can be made)Reminder repairs will not be made if damage was purposely made by customer. If your time runs out for the warranty you will be quoted. I also ask that you please wash/ clean your costume before sending it in. If it is not clean it will be shipped back with no repairs done to it. Please let me know what the repair is first though. I will see what I can do. I also will only work on my costumes. I also must state the repair will be made on my schedule. If I am not busy it can easily be fixed.(depending on repair) But if I am swamped I please ask you to be patient. But if you NEED it fixed by a certain time please let me know and I will see if it is possible.
-Shipping:
Shipping is mostly determined on where you live along with what you have purchased. I must state that I ONLY ship throughout the U.S atm. But shipping is insured and I will send you a tracking number when sent! I also please ask that you let me know when package has arrived. If something was ruined or lost please let me know. I do state I am not responsible if mailing company caused problems/ damage.
-Refunds:
Down payment for the costume is nonrefundable for it is for material costs. And I must state that if the costume is almost to its completion then refunds cannot be permitted. Refunds will be based on how completed the project is.
-If things are just foamed based, no fur added (like head/feet): 70% refund
-If item is furred but no detail is added (like shaving or completely sewn together): 45% refund
-If items are near completion: 0% refund)
I will show you pictures to show you progress if you wish to show you how far i am. :)
-Rushed orders:
I state that i do not like rushed orders. They put a lot of stress on my shoulders and the costume can come out wrong or look rushed. If you need an item by a specific time, i please ask that you give me at least a month or 2 in advance of knowing. This will give me time to finish your costume and give it time to ship out. I have the right to refuse a rished order if i feel it is not able to be completed in such time. Read area that says PAYMENTabove for more info.
-Contact:
