Q: I am 18, can I still get a costume?
A: YES! But I please as that you get parental permission first! And send it through email or phone :)
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At the moment, no I do not.
Q: How long does it usually take to make a costume?
A: It ranges on how busy I am at the moment. I don’t really like to give completion dates. But I would say give me the span of a month or two. But it is not positive! If any delays pop up or I am swamped I will let you know and it may also take a bit longer to make the costume.
Q: Do you do payment plans at all?
A: Yes I do! Payment is accepted through Paypal, and I please ask for 80+ a month after down payment has been sent.
Q: Can I pay upfront?
A: Sure feel free! Just be sure you are willing to pay it all and financially able to!
Q:Can I see WIP images?
A: If you wish yes! I will try to get them out to you best I can! They will be sent through Email. I do state that my camera isn’t the best. But I am currently saving for a nice one!
Q: When are you open for commissions?
A: Look out for journals on my FA page or my Facebook at Sugar Deh Bat. It will also be stated on the profile on my FA page :)
Q: When are you open for Quotes?
A: I am open 2-3 weeks before I open for costumes so you have time to save if quote is accepted! :)
Q: Artistic Freedom costumes?
A: Yes! I love doing these and I also offer 10% off the price! I will even show you the ideas I come up with so you can be satisfied! But i only do these every now and then
Q: Do you only sell fursuits?
A: No. I sell hoodies and parts as well! And if you have an idea for a costume (other than fursuits or hoodies) please feel free to ask so that we can see if I am able!
Q: Will you make a copy righted character?
A: NO! This includes characters from things like, Disney, Animes, Pokemon, Digimon, Dream Works, TV Shows, Etc Etc. It is against the law!
Q: What do you used to make your suits?
A: It ranges! I make my Bases from foam. I also use fleece, plastic, cuddle fleece, resin, felt, spandex, on the suits as well. But main material is faux fur. I do NOT use real or low quality fur on my costumes.
Q: Where do you purchase the fur from?
A: It depends on the character! But I normal shop at:

Q: Do you have others who help make the costumes?
A: No I do not. I work by myself. So some things may take some time.
Q: Do you use resin based heads?
A: I tried a Dream Vision Creations Resin head as practice once. But from now on I only want to use my own work. I only buy claws from them now.
Q: Do you use molds for your heads?
A: No. I carve and cut every head from scratch. I try to make every head I make a lil different and with its own personality as requested of the commissioner.
Q: Do you sell your foam bases?
A: No I do not. I like to sell them complete and as my own :P
Q: Do you hand deliver costumes?
A: It all depends. If we are both going to the same convention/meet; I will gladly bring it along if I have room in the car As for driving it to your home, no I will not do that if I don’t know you, and no you cannot come to my home to get it. That’s just a bit awkward lol
Q: What are the requirements when I purchase a costume from you?
A: Requirements range as Duct Tape Dummy, Head measurement, Hand tracing, Shoe size, how long you would like your tail, clear reference sheet of character. (see TOS)
Q: Do you airbrush the fursuits?
A: No I do not. I like and prefer to sew the patterns than airbrush them on. If the suit requires it, I may hand paint some things. But is most likely I will not.
Q: Do you offer moveable jaws and follow me eyes?
A: Yes I do! But it will be added to the price.
Q: How well are your moveable jaws?
A: I try to make them tight and neat. But they mostly just wiggle while you talk.
Q: Can you put squeakers in my suit?
A: Yes I can! It will just be added to the price.
Q: I see a suit from another company I like, but don’t want to pay their prices. Can you make it?
A: No I will not. I find that just rude. But if you see an expression on another suit, or like the way something is shaped (such as tail or paws) I will do my best to get it like that. Or of you would like, say a shorter muzzle, thinner nose, specific looking teeth, let me know and I will try my best to meet your needs! I don’t like to copy other people’s style. And I diffidently don’t like to do it if you are only trying to save a buck. :/
Q: After I have purchased my item from you, can I resell it?
A: Yes you can. Just not for a higher price then what you paid for it. I keep records of all of my suits along with receipts and bills. So I can find proof if I catch anyone selling it for higher.
Q: I wear glasses! Can you make the mask glasses friendly?
A: Yes I can just please let me know before I start building the head or on our quote :)
Q: Do you do resin noses, paw pads, tongues, etc?
A: No I do not. The only resin thing I like to use for a suit is claws. (I purchase them from Dream Visions Creations) If you would like them on your suit they will be added to the price.
Q: Does it come with….
A: I post what the costume comes with on the price page. But if you ask “Does it come with fur?” I will prolly ignore you. (yes ive had that happen)
Q: Do you to trades?
A: It all depends. For art, no; but if you are another builder, please don’t be afraid to ask! Show me some examples of your work and I will see. Just a thought though, if I say no, it means NO. Please do not constantly be asking.
