I've always kinda wanted to make one... but haven't had any good thoughts/inspiration until now.
im excited u v u im also nervous that people will just think they are stupid. (hopefully you end up liking them!)
I don't have any name ideas yet but... i'll just start jotting some things down so I don't forget and organize my ideas. prolly come back to this to tweak or add things when I think of them.


Females:
Females usually have bigger features all together.
- more fluffs, to keep young warm and to help shield them while flying.
-bigger wings, adapted for being able to carry extra weight around.
-petite hands, for grooming and berry picking and small crafts like weaving.
-larger ears to help with alertness, and to be able to hear their child's cries when away from nest/cave.
-females are usually not vicious/aggressive, however when defending young heck yes they are.(what mama isn't?)
- they usually birth one baby per pregnancy, yet twins can occur(rarely). any more than that is VERY rare and very dangerous. high rate of mother either dying or having miscarriage at that point.
-really petite females might not be able to bear children and are usually lacking the normal female qualities. (though petites are uncommon)


Males:
even though they are smaller than females they are strong. their smallness also makes for good speed and accurate manuvers
-larger hand/paws and claws for fighting
-their fluff is smaller as so they cant be grabbed as easily during fights, however they do get a bit of fluff during the winter climate.
-there are males that have more of the feminine qualities, however that prolly means they are less of fighters, and more of a homebody.
-more feminine males usually seek a stronger male to be around for protection. usually right off from a young age.

so its not uncommon for a Strong male + feminine male+ Female~ family/couple
the homebody male will help raise the young and scavenge for food rather than pick fights over the big ticket food items(like herds of small animals. sheep or goat or something)

Its not uncommon for two females to be in a relationship as the petite females enjoy raising the young with another female(most still have those motherly instincts and thus it is)

However it is uncommon that a relationship includes both a petite and a feminine with another female. jealousy would rise in who tends to the young. and instances end in the weaker one being harassed, even enough to be excluded out of the home.

petite and male with a female are more common, though some petite females may have more masculine tendency and in that case chase away other males.


I will say they are... 4'6 - 5 foot tall? im always bad at visualizing height.
but anywho- they are too big to live in trees XD unless they make a shelter in a large tree that can hold it. so I imagine they live in huts and caves.
they are semi solitary, but have communities. (just a bit spaced out)
