Big Top Circus School fursuit event April 19th

Hay guys this is it! we are going back to school!!! this is going to me a 1st that i know of, of fursuits going to a circus school!!! so don't miss it!
when: APRIL 19TH 2014

date/time: get there at 11:30am so you can set up. it starts at 12PM TO 1:30PM
cost: $35 + tax so $40 YOU MUST BRING THIS IN CASH OR CHEQUE. NO DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDS!
so we are getting a big discount. so we need a least 10 people. so bring your friends!!!
LIST OF PEOPLE WILLING TO GIVE RIDES:
FreshStart can give 2 people rides there. He is coming from Brantford so he can get people from Hamilton thou to Toronto and 
pikazap he can pick you up if you live near Barrie
(if you have a car and are willing to give rides let me know so i can put you on this list!)
NO MORE SPOTTER. SORRY WE HAVE WAY TO MANY. IF YOU DON'T HAVE A FURSUIT FEEL FREE TO COME BUT YOU WILL BE PART OF THE EVENT AND HAVE TO PAY THE $40.
REALLY COOL EXTRA STUFF WE GET!: WE GET ARE OWN PRIVET LOCKED CHANGING ROOM. SO YOU CAN LEAVE YOUR FURSUIT BAGS IN THERE.
what we will be doing is very physical . so you can take a break any time (in the change room or not.) we will be learning balancing techniques, trampoline stuff, juggling, Poi, and many more things!!!!
THEN AFTER ALL THIS WE WILL BE GOING OUT TO EAT. THIS IS OPTIONAL. and if you know of any place that is good around there let me know.

Is there a cut off time for when we need to decide?
I would certainly appreciated the offered ride if I decide to join in on this =)

I've never been to the circus school before but it sounds awesome! I can't wait! :D
Is the $35/person for everyone, or are spotters/photographers allowed in without paying (or at a reduced rate)?
Spotters are free as long as you don't partisipat in the events. But you can take as many pics as you want!

1)It depends on if I'm in Toronto that weekend or not.
2)I'm a little new to the local community and terribly shy. I'd hate to go and just kinda float around like a tag along. x_x

I can hold two people with suits, or 1 other suit and 2 non suiters. (Trunk space isnt the best).
Also I live near St. Catharines so Hamilton and Toronto have to be passed by me on my way to the event. :3

She is new to actually socializing in the fandom, (like this is her first meet) and doesn't know anyone yet.
Sooo she doesn't suit and has told me she is going to sit aside and just socialize with everyone.
