Terms of Service: PLEASE READ PRIOR TO COMMISSIONING

These terms may be updated at any given time so please be sure to reference before each commission to confirm any changes.

1. I retain all rights to the artwork including sales. You are not authorized to claim rights or use the work for money-gaining purposes or distribution. (You can not make prints, t-shirts, etc. using my artwork unless written consent is given.) If desired a price can be discussed for you to buy the rights to the image(s).
2. Payment is due prior to working on your commission. No exceptions.
3. No full refunds after I have begun working on the commission. If I have not yet begun on your commission and you require a refund please contact me ASAP to discuss. Please keep this in mind when commissioning and don't buy something if you don't have the funds.
4. I may refuse to work on any commission I chose to without the need to explain myself. While this is highly unlikely to happen, it could occur. In the case that it does, I apologize and hope you will respect my choice.
5. A reference image is required. If you do not have a single image that shows the details of the character(s), please include a few additional images for me to use.
6. If a reference image is unavailable and you wish for me to draw based purely on a text description please be prepared to include a 50% inconvenience charge. (I highly recommend providing a reference image!)
7. Small details may be changed after I have completed a commission. NO large changes will be made. A sketched proof may be requested for bigger commissions for your approval if asked for. Please make sure to specify this when placing the order for the commission so I am aware you'd like one. Also please note that this will extend the time frame required for me to complete your commission.
8. If you are unclear on anything during the transaction it is your responsibility to ask questions and clarify. I can't give details on something if I don't know you are confused!
9. If at any time during the process of working on the commission I feel uncomfortable I will cease to work on it and refund your payment 100%. This would be incredibly rare to happen, but I request that you respect my choice.
10. Time frame for completion can be anywhere from a few days to a few weeks depending on complexity. (Please take in to consideration your spot in queue!) My average turn around is approximately 1 week. Keep in mind if you have checking proofs/making changes this will extend the completion time frame. Your position in queue will also effect this! For a rough estimation plan to wait an extra week per person in front of you. This time frame may be slightly shorter or longer, but it will give you an estimate.
11. Do. Not. Try pressuring or guilt me. Easy way to be on my bad side. :(
By commissioning me you have agreed that you have read through this posts entirely as well as understand and accept the terms.
