♥I have the right to change my TOS at any given time as I see fit.♥
♥You may not use my works for AI generation, NFTs, Opensea sales, or any other such activities.♥
♥My standard turnaround time is 7 business days (Meaning Monday through Friday). But I usually finish in just a few days. If something takes me longer or something comes up I will message you and let you know.♥
Information on Commissions
♥ I have the right to use any of my YCH's for myself or for an example of the finished project. (This does not go for commissions that don't involve YCH's. Those pieces will only be for the person who commissioned me and I will not use it for personal use.)
♥ I have the right to cancel a commission if I do not believe that I will be able to finish it due to time issues, loss of passion, or lack of comfort towards a piece.
♥ If I do cancel a commission, I will refund the order.
♥ I MUST be paid before a commission is started. You will have 48 hours from the time we agree on the commission and price for a payment to be sent before I move on to the next one on my list.
♥ ALL of my art will have my signature on it OR my watermark, there is no change for this. (Unless it was discussed that I was commissioned to make something for a company such as a logo, web graphics, graphics for twitch, etc.)
♥ Commissions/YCH/Auctions will ALWAYS be finished before raffle winnings and freebies.
♥ Please don't pester me about art getting finished. I also have a life and a household to take care of. I have a to do list which I keep updated on where I am at in my workflow. If it is past the 7 days and you haven't heard from me then please check in. I might just be working to get your piece done and haven't stopped to message you yet.
♥ ONLY the person who commissioned the art OR the person that the art was for may repost the piece that they commissioned with credit.
♥ I don't provide WIPS normally. If it is a large project I may send a Wip to make sure I have everything. With that being said PLEASE let me know if I missed anything in the final piece (a marking, collar, piercings, etc.) I will make sure to fix it. I keep the original files for up to a year before I delete them.
♥ UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE COMPLETED WITH PAYPAL AND PAID WITH USD ONLY! (I am looking into alternate payment methods but this is the only one I accept right now)

Information on adopts/custom adopts
♥ When buying an adopt I am to be given credit for the original design and art that I made, anything after that does not need to be credited towards me.
♥ All my adopts are not to be used for commercial purposes unless otherwise discussed between the buyer and I before hand.
♥ Changes are allowed just not to my art. Just please make sure to credit me for the original design.
♥ I do NOT give you permission to draw over/edit my art unless otherwise discussed between the buyer and I.
♥ You are not allowed to resell a design for more than you bought for unless it is accompanied by other pieces of art.
