need help again! [please read]

I hope I'm not annoying anyone constantly asking for commissions but I want you to understand the situation I'm in isn't extremely good
My family lives off my grandma's (dad's mother) monthly money which is given on bills or food for the animals we have in our farm. I currently live in the city, with my grandparents (mom's parents) and they're really strict people. If I need money, I have to give them back to them. So my only income is the money I make out of commissions.
So, what I'm asking you is to help me, again like you always did.
I am living my dream of going to an art highschool. It's going great, I'm the top student in my class and the best at art classes. The problem is, materials (paint, pencils, erasers, sketchbooks etc.) are used a lot and they're really expensive. There were times when I couldn't afford a pencil, and that is really bad because I use 1-2 pencils per day for drawing and running out of materials would ruin my plans and grades.

But! I get around 2 hours per day of free time (sometimes less, sometimes none at all) and commissions might be slow, that's why I'm willing to do 5$ colored sketches of your character.
