At any time during the commission process you can contact me at benevolentcannibal [at]gmail.com for any questions or concerns you may have.
I strongly prefer taking questions through email, you will also get a faster response.
Payment[:
- Paypal, no e-checks
- If you would like to split a invoice between please say so in the "Additional Information" section of the commissions form and put their emails.
Commission Process:
- After a piece is completed I will make two minor changes if necessary IF I FORGOT SOMETHING
- If you forgot to tell me to change something in the sketch phase there is a 15% (of your commission total) fee to change something. 6/26/18
- Please know what you want to commission me, when reserving a spot please be very clear when contacting me and provide reference so there is no confusion on my end.
- I will not redraw an entire picture; I will always send a progress shot beforehand
- You may ask for up to 3 changes at the sketch stage.
- I will not redraw a entire sketch, I ask that you be descriptive when submitting your form (expression, reference, angle, mood, etc)
- You can not receive a full refund on any image if I've already completed the inking process.
- I will no longer allow commissioners to change their entire commission after they've been added to my queue.
- I work on commissions in no particular order
- If you can not pay your invoice within 9 days your commission is forfeit and will be turned into a public ych 6/26/18
Personal Rights:
- I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
- I retain all advertisement, printing, and resale rights.
- I reserve the right to post all commission works at my discretion.
- By commissioning me, you can not make any money off of something you purchase from me.
