Because of recent events I'm making a TOS to make sure people respect me and my rights as an artist. Punishment for disrespecting any of the TOS bellow will be swift, harsh, and legal, along with the usual blacklisting from my bussiness in any form. Don't expect me to be nice about any of this because I'm done with others' horsecrap.

* Any species listed as a CLOSED SPECIES is NOT allowed to be recreated or copied or redistributed without my explicit permission
* My species are VERY dear and special to me, and I felt like sharing them with the world while I work on the worlds they exist in my project, so CAN NOT in any circumstance be used in any marketable sense by anyone other than me. Exception being when I collaborate with other artists to create adoptables.
* None of the adoptables I create will be used in my project unless the owner of the design wants, and an arrangement is made.
* Causing any form of drama over any of my adoptables will not be tolerated.
* Theft of an adoptable someone has bought with me will be reported immediately! If you see this happen, report it first, and then ALERT ME AND THE ORIGINAL OWNER RIGHT AWAY.
* Theft of an unsold adoptable will be treated the same way as theft of a bought adoptable.
* I don't care if you disagree with any of my TOS, save your disrespectful comments saying so to yourself! IF YOU HAVE NOTHING NICE TO SAY AT ALL DON'T SAYING ANYTHING.
* I have dealt with enough disrespect and harrassment in this community, I WILL stand up for myself, my buyers, my fans(I say fans instead of watchers because not all watchers are always nice), and my friends!
