Cheska's lazy Italian spaghetti
You will need...
1: One can/jar of Spaghetti sauce of choice.
2: One [or two] 8oz Can of Stewed Tomatoes. [I use Wal-mart brand.]
3: ONe [or two] 8oz can of Tomatoes sauce.
4: 2lbs [I love a Meaty sauce] Ground beef, doesn't have to be super lean unless you want it to.
5: one lbs Italian Sausage [I prefer Mild, use what makes you happy]
6: Generic Italian Herbs [I use a blend found at wal-mart, says Italian herbs on it... really.]
7: Two Big stock or Sauce pots. No tiny pots please.. you will need the room.
8: a colander, you'd be surprised how many forget this.. really. I forget it at times...
9: What ever you want to use to stir/chop/mix the stuff up with.
10: The Spaghetti ..... stupid if I didn't add this.. really.
Use Enriched [My choice] or thin Spaghetti.. or what ever noodle makes you happy... though a plate of Lasagna noodles on a plate with sauce might be weird..... where was I? ...... COOKING!
Cook ground beef in pot with a pinch of salt, don't worry about the pepper, salt is to help sweat the beef. Cook till done/brown.
Drain grease from Beef in Colander in sink, use hot water to keep grease from clogging sink and rinse beef a bit.
Leave in Colander!
Cook sausage till done/brown, if in links... remove from pot and cut links to bite size pieces, if not links.. drain over beef, "DO NOT RINSE!" with water.
Clean pot a bit, fill 'Other pot' with water and heat till rolling boil, add 1/4 teaspoon salt, add Pasta! stir a lot.. make sure Pasta is submerged.
Return Beef/Sausage mix to 'First Pot' and add Stewed Tomatoes, let heat for about 1 min to 1.5min. Add Spaghetti sause, herbs.. say 1 to 2 teaspoons [To taste]
If not saucey enough? Add Tomatoes sauce! ... see.. I had a reason for that.
Sauce should cook on low to medium till Pasta is ready....
11: Get Plate/Bowl.
12: Fill plate/Bowl with Pasta.
13: Spoon over sauce! MMmmmmmm.
14: EAT! ... ok, maybe let cool just a bit so you don't burn your lips.... [/b]

From one who knows.
1) Wait for grease to cool then store the grease for eventual disposal
2) If you have a yard where wild animals go past, could dump it out there for the wildlife
3) Save it and use once for normal cooking within a few days
