Blaze needs help to see the Vet. [Updated]

I posted a picture of Blaze curled up beside our cat Poof. In the picture you can see the large scar on his hip from his surgery when he was a pup. http://www.furaffinity.net/view/13291960/
Blaze was diagnosed with Legg-Calvé-Perthes Disease when he was 7 months old. He had been pushed off of the front steps by one of the other pugs and although he landed in soft dirt, the fall broke his leg. Being a small dog, they cannot do hip replacement. They instead have to remove the ball from the hip and shave down the head of the femur. They then pull muscle issue over the head of the bone and stitch it in place. This eventually scars over and vreats a "soft joint."
Blaze never let it slow him down. He has been a happy and healthy pug his whole life. May 28th of this year (2014) he will be 10 years old. For approximately the last 4 years of that, he has been my service dog.
Blaze has been classified as a Medical Alert dog as well as a Psychiatric Support dog. He helps me be able to leave my house. Prior to him being my service dog, it was nearly impossible to get me to go anywhere. With him at my side I have been able to get out and go places again.
A few days ago Blaze tried to get out of his bed. Instead he fell out of it. For the remainder of that night and part of the next day Blaze was unable to put any weight on his right back leg. Kenta and I both spent time massaging his leg and hip and by the day after he seemed back to himself.
Last night Kenta laid across the foot of the bed. Blaze likes to lay on our pillows at the head of the bed. When Kenta laid down Blaze got excited and went to get of the pillows and he again was not able to put any weight on his back leg. He kept flopping over and sitting funny or just laid on his side and didnt want to move.
I again massaged his hip and his leg for him, this time I tried to move his leg a little and just the light pressure of that caused him to loose his bladder. This has never happened before.
I called the SPCA vet this morning and after almost an hour on the phone with them I am sure I need to get him examined. I know he will also need xrays and because he is due for his shots they will have to do those as well. We are looking at between $200 and $300 to start. If he has broken his good hip then he will need a surgery similar to the one he had at 7 months old, and that was around $1200 9 years ago.
Kenta has a good job, but we just make our bills. We have not had anything extra and we have no way right now of coming up with enough to go to the vet. So I am doing something I do not like to have to do... I am asking for help.
I dont want to just ask for donations, I will accept them if that is what you want to do, but I want to do something in return if I can. I dont have much skill with art, but I might be able to do some simple pieces. Also, I do build on secondlife and I do custom textures for clothing as well as avatar skins and mods.
If you would like to help please note me here on FA or contact me on secondlife, Raikeira Belfire.
If you do want to help, please make sure you put Blaze somewere in it so I know. Our paypal is grilloanthony[at]yahoo.com
I am also the General Manager at Furnication. We are a furry club in secondlife. Nemo, the club owner, has given me permission to put out a donation jar to help raise funds for Blaze. So if you have any extra linden that you would like to send, please head over to http://maps.secondlife.com/secondli.....n/101/164/2000
