Since my Client agrees to this TOS, if it is violated the following must happen. You also agree that at my discretion, I may decline to do art for you and may even black list you. This Terms of Service is subject to change at my discretion. To find new updates easily, press ctrl+F and search for "❦."
♡ You are free to Share - to copy, distribute and transmit the work. Only if you have commissioned, requested, traded or received art as a gift from me, with my knowledge and consent.
♡ Attribution - You must attribute the work in the manner specified by the author or licensor (but not in any way that suggests that they endorse you or your use of the work). This is the part where if you repost, you add a link to my Furaffinity and mention that I am the artist. If you post art of your character on a Booru Site such as E621, write "Lits" in the artist area or in the tags.
♡ Noncommercial - You may not use this work for commercial purposes. You may resell a design Lits has made for the exact price you bought it, or less. However, you may not make profit off of Lits' work.
♡ No Derivative Works - You may not alter, transform, or build upon this work. Unless I give you permission to do so.
♡ Waiver - Any of the above conditions can be waived if you get permission from the copyright holder.
♡ Public Domain - Where the work or any of its elements is in the public domain under applicable law, that status is in no way affected by the license.

♥ I reserve the right to decline any Commission or request for any reason.
♥ I will put out a journal saying that I am open to commissions.
♥ Fill out the form which I have supplied and comment on that journal.
♥ DO NOT NOTE ME.

♥ After these two Initial edits, a set amount of 5$ will be added per edit.
♥ Edit means anything that I have to reopen the document to add.
♥ If I have only worked on a certain amount of the commission, Half a refund may be administered.
♥ If I have finished working, NO REFUNDS.
♥ DO NOT beg me for a request or trade or anything like that. It is annoying and rude.
I am not here to give out free art. While I may hold occasional raffles and contests or sketch things for friends,
I am not obligated to create anything for anyone unless it is my choice.
♥ All Auctions will have a starting price.
♥ All Auctions will have a Minimum Bid Increment- This means you must add at least this much to the previous bid for your bid to be valid.
♥ Some auctions may have an Auto-Buy or AB. Do not Auto-buy if you do not have the payment ready within 3 days.
♥ Do not bid unless you are serious.
♥ You MAY bid on more than one, if the Auction has multiple Adoptables or Poses.
♥ Ensure that you have money ready when the bidding ends.
♥ Any Bid within 15 minutes of the end of the auction extends the auction 15 minutes more.
♥ Always reply the the previous bidder so that they know they have been outbid.
♥ In the Event that your bid must be withdrawn, you must notify me as well as the previous bidder.
♥ Don't think you can get away with hiding your bid- I record your name for a reason. You can't do that on eBay and I wont allow it here.
♥ If you own, you can change anything. Gender, Species, Hairstyle, Pattern. UNLESS The auction specifies otherwise.
♥ Failure to comply may be subject to blacklisting.
♥ Drawing Cute things.
♥ Experimenting with colors that don't hurt my eyes.
♥ Blurring and smearing colors.
♥ Cute clothes.
♥ Flowers.
♥ Big shiny eyes.
♥ Feminine Characters.
PET PEEVES
♥ Don't nitpick about the colors I use
♥ Do not beg me for free art.
♥ Try to trade Art for RP.
♥ Complain about my prices.
♥ Lie to me about payment. If I catch you lying, Automatic Permanent Blacklist.
♥ Do not lie to me in an attempt to take advantage of me.
♥ Please do list the link to the original submission when reposting my artwork.
♥ I color the way I color, because that is my style and I like to add a personal touch. I cannot handle some colors.
♥ Will draw Nipples!!
♥ Will draw Softcore stuff!
♥ Will draw sex scenes and light fetishes. ❦
♥ Wont do Vore, Gore, Blood, Scat, Watersports, anything too hardcore. ❦
♥ Will draw Non-consentual ONLY if it is obviously roleplay related. ❦
♥ There are certain NSFW things that I probably wont draw but we can talk about that.
♥ No animal shaped dicks. Human shaped dicks only.
♥ Talk to me if what you want to see isn't often featured in my gallery.
♥ Explicitly break one of the large rules of my TOS.
♥ Lie to me multiple times about something like payment.
♥ Paying late.
♥ Missing more than 5 agreed Payment deadlines.
♥ Try to take advantage of me.
If you are my Blacklist, you:
♥ Will not receive any art from me Whatsoever.
♥ Will be reported if you further Harass me.
♥ I keep a folder in my computer of everyone I have blacklisted and evidence as to why I have Blacklisted them.
ABOUT BLACKLIST
♥ Blacklisting can be removed through communication and time.
♥ I am not going to forgive you if you don't put a major effort toward it.
♥ Blacklist is not necessarily Permanent.
♥ Remember, if you or someone you know ends up here, they have probably earned it.
I do not Publicly list the name of those on my Blacklist but will link to the notes where I can be seen Blacklisting them. This way, only the blacklisted person can see.

AGREEMENTBy accepting art from Lits, you agree to these terms of service. I understand that people may not always be able to find this TOS which is why I link it to all potential clients. I also realize that not everyone reads long documents such as Terms of Services and to those people, just make sure you know the guidelines.
