I encourage you, as soon as possible, to try to look up the laws or consult with someone who knows about the law regarding rental and eviction and those kinds of things in your area. It seems extremely suspect to me that someone would try to force you out with only two weeks notice, that's definitely not legal in many places. There's usually certain minimum required times for eviction notices to be provided.

You may have more rights and more time than your landlord wants you to think. Don't let them screw you because they're impatient and didn't want to follow the proper procedures and provide legally required prior notices.

I might be wrong and there might be nothing you can do, but it pays to check on these things to see if you can get some breathing room to help you out.

I was always told eviction process can take quite a while. I remember talking to a friend last week that it has to go to court and some other crap and that can drag for months. What does your contract say?
