Pricing Guide
remember all of these are base prices only! I DO MY BEST TO BE PROFESSIONAL. HOWEVER, I RESPOND IN TURN TO THE ATTITUDE AND ACTIONS OF OTHERS. PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE WHEN INTERACTING WITH ME.
PLEASE REALIZE THAT I CANNOT BE FRIENDS WITH EVERY COMMISSIONER. WE MAY BE FRIENDLY BUT I DO NOT GIVE OUT MESSENGERS, FACEBOOK, OR OTHER INFO TO COMMISSIONERS, NO MATTER HOW MUCH I LIKE YOU. PLEASE RESPECT THIS AND DO NOT BE OFFENDED IF I SAY NO.

Payment
*I will only accept payment in full up front.
*I only accept payment through PayPal or OCCASIONALLY in return for specific items I will post journals about. PAYMENT MUST BE IN USD (UNITED STATES DOLLARS) ONLY.
*Not being pleased with the art does not entitle you to a refund. Note me to discuss dissatisfaction.
*Do not send payments as gifts or personal transactions. Do not notate them as 'donations' of any kind.
*DO NOT PUT ANYTHING SEXUAL OR RELATED TO FA, FURRY, OR YOUR CHARACTER IN THE PAYMENT NOTES. You may put something like "Commission for [yourname]" or "Design work".
*If a situation arises wherein you need a refund or I offer you one, work which has already been completed will be deducted from the total you paid. This does not apply to PWYW pieces.
*I do not accept eChecks.
*After 3 substantial changes/redraws have been made to a sketch, you need to pay for a new sketch.
*When commissioning me for a PWYW or "wing-it" piece, you are allowed 3 words of information, and no more! I need a reference sheet or image, a general theme for the commission, and you can request other details as long as you keep the full request under 3 words. There are no exceptions; you will be expected to supply ALL of the information, in a decisive and closed-ended manner at the time of requesting the slot. If your idea requires more than 3 words to be definitive, it is not a PWYW or wing it commission.
*My no-hassle refund policy is within 3 months for work that hasn't been started, or six months for commissions that have been started but not completed. As per US law you are entitled to a refund at your demand, but if you do so under circumstances I consider unreasonable, you will be blacklisted from future commissioning. I'm very sorry if this upsets anyone.
Work Scheduling and Viewing
*Major commissioning is done in stream only.
*Reference Sheets and trades are the only things I will complete off-stream.
*You are allowed 3 revisions during the sketch stage for free. After that, you incur a fee of $5 for each additional redraw.
*I do not take 'private' or 'no-post' commissions. I retain the right to all my art to be posted and printed as I see fit.
*If you leave the stream while I'm working on your commission, you forfeit any right to have me change anything for free unless it's in clear violation of your reference sheet.
*If your reference is wrong, or you have specific details you want shown in the piece, it is YOUR responsibility to tell me ALL of the additional information and provide adequate examples (color swatches included) prior to me starting work on the commission.
*Reference sheets/images must include COLORS for obvious reasons.
*Changes incurred after the piece has been finalized and posted, EXCEPTING mistakes on MY part, will incur a minimum $5 fee.
*If it gets too late and I need to go to bed or close the stream for any reason, please bear with me. I will complete your commission during the next stream, in the order it was paid for.
*I no longer email commissions for security reasons. I will send you a DropBox link if you need the full resolution of the piece, and then I will delete the file from DropBox after a period of 7 days.
Copyright Stuff
*You may resell flat-rate adoptables ONLY at the same price you paid for them. You may not profit off of my adoptables.
*You may not resell auctioned-off adoptable characters for any reason. Giving them away or 'draw to adopt' competitions are okay, but please notify me.
*If you want me to color/line someone else's artwork, you MUST have them send permission TO ME DIRECTLY through a note or email first. Your word is not good enough, except with lineart/sketches from keedot who has given me standing permission to color all of her work.
*You can repost my art anywhere you like as long as you credit me and link back to this FA account.
*You may not color any piece for your own personal use unless it is free lineart made specifically by me for public use. No commissioned piece may be recolored without the commissioner's permission as well as my own.
*I keep the rights to all of my art. You may not resell a piece for any reason, including posters, prints, or other forms.
*I will not copy poses, characters, or situations from other pieces of art. You may show me position references and I will gladly draw something similar at a different angle, but if your request feels even slightly like art theft to me, I will not do it.
*I can refuse any commission at any time for any reason.
*NOBODY may alter, change, or remove my signature for any reason. If you recolor my images, you may not sign them, as this could confuse viewers who aren't aware of the situation. I apologize for any offense this causes anybody.
Stuff You Pay Extra For
I add a fee for:
*Wings
*Genital closeups, insertion cutouts, cumshots, etc.
*More than 3 total piercings
*More than a natural amount of bodily fluids.
*Complicated character designs (up to my discretion)
*ANY work without a fully colored reference sheet or image to work off of that shows a complete, color-accurate view of the character's entire body.
*More than 3 changes to a commission. Changing position before I've completed a sketch is okay.
Things I Won't Draw
*Hate art
*Rape/nonconsent
*Gore
*Sergals
*Feral characters in inappropriate situations
*Copyrighted/trademarked characters (excluding Pokemon in their normal forms, in appropriate situations) This includes most cosplays.
*Armor or extensive machinery - non-complicated guns or other weapons are okay on a case-by-case basis.
*Inflation or obesity
*Scat/vomit
*'Hard' Vore (soft vore is fine)
*Unrealistic proportions
Remember that your commission is reflective of my quality of art - if you demand a change which I feel sacrifices my artistic integrity, I will refuse it.
