500 watcher raffle!

alrighty, so I reached the 500 watcher milestone a while ago, but I was kind of strapped for cash so I didn't do anything, but now I can, so here's how it's going to go
All you need to do to enter the raffle is be a watcher and comment on the journal, that's it! I'll give you a number and when it's time for the raffle I'll use a RNG to decide who wins.
the prize will be one drawing of your character and one of my characters by any artists you want! You choose the scene, what's going on, everything and I'll pay. the limit is $50 but anything goes (as long as it's not a no, you can check my f-list for those)
say obligatory if you read and comprehended the rules, otherwise no number
the drawing will be on Sunday the 18th, 12:30 pm west coast best coast time (If I'm not at work)
