These are the terms under which you agree to commission me.
These rules apply to all past and future commissioners.
The following Terms of Service are subject to revision, editing and additions at any point, without notice.

-I(The Artist) retain ALL image rights to the artwork created, including the right to make prints and merchandise if appropriate. If you are wanting to make prints of my work, you must FIRST consult with me to determine the terms on which you are to be allowed to use my work.

- You may re-post a commission from myself that you have paid for.
Please be sure to give proper credit to my self, the original artist, and let me know before doing do so, Thank you!

-I retain the right to decline a Commission for any reason and reserves the right to issue a refund and cancel a Commission, at any time, due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior

-Refunds will not be given on any completed work. Full refunds are only available upon cancellation before any work is done. In the event of cancellation mid-Commission you shall receive partial refund, as well as any work already completed to that date.

- PayPal and Interact e-transfers ONLY, no money orders, no cash, or anything else please!(unless stated otherwise) Payment MUST be made before I start work or after the sketch phase. Payment plans are available for amounts over $50.

-I work at my own pace and there is no set time in which I can guarantee your commission will be completed. If you are require a commission within a certain time frame please let me know at time of payment and a deadline can be set and agreed upon. If no deadline was arranged at time of payment, please give me up to 3 weeks before you contact me. Please remember that commissions with deadlines will be done FIRST.
Do not be afraid to contact me! However I DO ask that you be respectful when doing so, and please do not do it constantly.

- You are NOT ALLOWED to color a commission you get from me unless you ask. If you so desire to color my work, please ask me first. I usually say yes if you ask! Thank you!

- In regards to the previous rule, you are NOT ALLOWED to commission another artist to finish off a piece of work that I have done for you. Again, please ask me and we can work something out.

- I require that you that you please have a reference sheet or image(s) of your character already drawn. I will not accept your commission if I have to design your character for you in any way.
*unless of course you are commissioning me for a Reference sheet! :)

-I do not draw Porn or Fetishes!
*Please see my lists of what I do, and not draw for examples!

Horror(Mild blood or gore)
Mythical creatures(dragons gryphons,unicorns and so on)
Hybrids (mixes species)
Mild Pin-ups
Comics
Armour and weapons and other various clothing.

Porn! My art is SFW(PG) only please!
And anything I don't feel comfortable with!
Copyrighted Characters/Species/Races**(permission needed for certain © species an races)
Copy Someone's Style
Cubs
Diaper furs (Or similar fetishes)
Scat or Watersports
Vomit
Vore
Gore(extreme)
Hyper Anything (Boobs, dicks, penis, voluptuous, etc.)
Sexualized Minors (As well as chakats, taurs, herms, futas, etc.)
Inflation (Or similar fetishes)
Other Extreme (bizarre, disgusting, etc.)
Transformation
