It's that time again, the one where we do the fancy sign ups.

A few notes
-Sign ups are open 7-10 days. If you are participating in the previous round, DO NOT sign up unless you have turned in for the previous round.
- If you owe art/are blacklisted on Weasyl do not sign up, the blacklist extends here and there!!!
-You will receive a note when sign-ups close on who you are to draw.
-DO NOT sign up if you will not be able to complete a badge by the deadline of ~one month.
-Humans are allowed but please give a second option including a furry character as not everyone is comfortable with humans.
-If you have complicated/monster characters they are also welcome but it is recommended you give a secondary character as well since this community does allow beginner, harder creatures can be a little out of their level.

Description: Main body fur is short and a very light icy blue. The darker blue patches are shaggier and longer. He has long tufts of fur on his shoulder and wrists and ankles. The lower legs and arms widen as they go down (sorry, the pic doesn't show this well). Feathery wings that are on the smallish side but still big enough to let him fly. On the tip of his tail he has a fan shaped arrangement of feather that help him steer. Tips of the fingers and toes are short white fur. Very large, semi pointed ears with tufts of long blue fur on the top, the edges are ragged and he wears 2 small gold hoops at the bottom of each ear and one at the very top. Small spike from the muzzle all the way down to the tip of the tail, two small blue horns, and 2 large rainbow colored horns, also 3 small spikes over each eyes, one in each color of the rainbow. Also 2 small spikes on each cheek. leathery hand and foot paws are the same darker blue of his fur.

Description: Yami Raichu is a happy go lucky and slightly excitable Raichu. She is almost always drinking tea and is very VERY nerdy. She has black pads on her feet and you can draw them on the hands if you wish. She is built like a mousy fox. She is EXTREMELY fluffy, though less so in the summer. The ear fluff is white.
