Opening Commissions Very Soon, so here's the TOS

Lets see what Bullshit I'll spew out in Today's Journal, shall we?

TERMS OF SERVICE
1.)
I WILL NOT start any commission unless the full payment is made.
2.)
I use PayPal, so when you claim your spot by commenting on the journal when I put up a commission journal, and confirmed by me,
I will link you my PayPal address via Note. Commissions Spots are first come, first serve unless I say otherwise.
I can hold a spot for 24 hours, If Payment isn't made by the end of 24 hours, I'll give the spot to someone else.
However, if you insist on having a spot, I'll let you paid half of the commission and wait for the other half,
but I won't start on the commission until I get the full total payment.
If I can't contact you by notes or emails with several attempts with no response within a week, that commission is stalled and shelved until I get a response back.
3.)
-Will Draw-
Males, Females, Sex (Hetero, Lesbian, however you'll have to ask me
if it is ok if it is bondage, cause I'll have a limit on what I want to draw.
I don't mind the tied down, Dominatrix or Ball-gag thing, but you got to be specific.),
Nudity and Half-Nude.
-Will not Draw-
MLP, Extreme Fetishes (scat, Watersports, Rape, Inflation, Vore, Inflation,
Cub, Bestiality (Human and feral animal). NO EXCEPTIONS.
Ask me via Note if you have any requests that aren't list on the will
and will not draw list. I might make an exception, though it is not guaranteed.
If I don't want to take on that commission, I have the right to do so
if I don't want that in my gallery because I don't want to be known to draw that
and get more requests to draw that certain subject if it's offensive or don't like it.
-Loves Drawing-
Primates, Sharks, Canids, Felines, Dragons, Reptiles, Pokemorphs, Curvy and BBW Females, Strong Females,
Fighters, Sexy and Teasing Poses, Designing Characters
Again, it is better to ask me if you have any questions.
4.)
I would prefer if characters you request to have a proper ref of some kind.
Unless it is a custom character to be created, have a proper list of details
to help me be able to create it.
You give me details of
-Species
-Body Figure Type (Slender, Average, Plump, Chubby) (No Extremes here please)
-Colors of character or you can leave it up to me to decide that.
–Hairstyle
- Personality
-Facial Features (Animal or Human-like face)
-Additional Features (Such as Scars, Stripes, Spots, Moles, Piercings, Wings, Etc.)
-Clothes or Nude
- Visual References of inspiration is also optional
If you don't have a proper ref of the character or don't provide enough details, I may not take that
Commission as if I could have many problems with having to create it and having to revise it many times to
get it right when you know how you want your character to look like and I don't. It is a waste of time.
5.)
With PayPal, don't send the payment as gifts or Friends and Family, cause PayPal hates that.
I will wait for payment and refuse to begin until you pay the full amount.
When Paying, Leave the Subject box and Description text boxes EMPTY!
DO NOT place your name, commission, or anything into these boxes. leave them BLANK.
your payment will be verified via your PayPal address.
MARK payment type as SERVICES.
6.)
-In Sketch form, I will send you the sketch, if there is anything that you want to change, I'll do the revisions at this stage. please stare all corrections.
-In Lineart Stage, I can send you the lineart if you want me to, and I can make any minor changes here.
-In Coloring, I will send you a preview form of the flats, and any coloring tweaks, you can ask.
-In Final form, I'll send the artwork to your email/Notes.
-However, there's a limit to revisions, you can ask about 3-4 times.
7.)
Refunds are only if I have yet to begin on your commission, if I have already, I can't issue a refund unless it is during sketch form.
8.)
-You are allowed to post the commission in your gallery as long as you give me credit and not claim it as your own.
-You are not allowed to sell the artwork. If I find out, you are banned from Commissions and blocked from my account and I will report you to the admins.
-You are allowed to use the Ink commission (if you purchase it) to color it or have it colored by someone else as long
as you give me credit for the lineart.
-Selling a custom character drawn by me, you'll have to ask permission,
but you're only allowed to sell as much as how much you pay for your custom character.
If I see that you sold it more higher than that, you're banned from getting any customs from me.
9.)
Don't be rude if I refused your commission. You can't force me to draw it.
Being insulting and such will possibly result in a suspension of
getting commissions from me or blocked.
10.)
I'll try to draw the commission to the best of my ability and style,
if you're unsatisfied with my work and expect me to be Michelangelo while I am Rembrandt,
then you may have to look elsewhere. I am always looking to improve my style but you pay what you get.
11.)
If you prefer for the commission to be private, you can request that I don't post it, or leave it as anonymous. I will leave it anonymous on the commission list.
12.)
I will try to finish your commission when I start on it within a week or a half.
but I'll let you know if there are issues on the delay of the commissions. I do have IRL Stuff to deal with as well.
