I might actually have a fursona..maybe

So I've been giving it a ton of thought..and I think I might have a concept for my "fursona"
It's not super exciting or anything and I'm not sure if I'll keep her, but this is probably one of the few times I've really considered something. and trust me I've had a long time to think about it xD
the idea is a Black "spirit cat"
Shes basically a cat(roughly size of a small bobcat) skeleton that was once a normal black cat.
her form is fluid and can change, but only to a certain extent.
Though shes basically a skeleton, much of the time you wouldn't know it, unless you watched her or looked at her eyes, which are light blue, slightly glowing orbs. Though when she concentrates she can look nearly 100% like a normal everyday cat.
She would have a magical thick black smoke surrounding her bones.
The smoke itself is magical and she can bend it to her will, she's not exactly a shapeshifter, just can slightly alter her form within a certain extent.
Much of the time she would be in her typical cat form , though she also uses the smoke to develop "wings" and can fly short distances.
Her spirit is light blue and usually only shows through her eyes, but when frightened, sad, or emotionally distressed the color occasionally leaks though the smoke.
the color glows brightly when excited or happy.
She can also dissipate the smoke and show her bones through. She will often to this as a way to startle and scare others as a defense mechanism. Sometime she just likes to prank people.
ANYWAYS, those are my ideas. Honestly I feel like something fairly simple like this fits me. I've always felt I fit best with felines and if I had a sona it would be a cat. I also have a love for skulls and have a great respect for death. this is probably one of the strongest emotional connections I've ever had to an idea besides warrik and the first time that I feel it could actually properly represent me.
Anyways I dont know if she'll stick around, but it's sure a heck of a lot better then being solely represented as a magickarp(THOUGH THATS STILL GOING TO BE MY UNOFFICIAL OFFICIAL SONA ;P KARP *FLAILS*)

Also was thinking of having a Pisces fish collar/necklace...
BECAUSE FISH and being a pisces and all, the fact that it suits my personality to a ti had made me consider getting a double fish tattoo. but who knows.
I'm not really sure if I'd make an anthro version...If I did she'd me muuuccchhh more catlike in anatomy, but would have the ability to walk on two legs comfortably..She'd also be small.
I suppose she'd walk and look much like the cats from the movie "The Cat Returns" from studio Glibli

Definietly some amazing movies in there.
How about Porco Rosso?
The ones I'd really suggest are : Princess monoke, Kiki's delivery service, ponyo, spirited away,Howl's moving castle, and Nausicaa Valley of the wind. The others are really good too though. Grave of the fireflies is a tear jerker and fairly upsetting, and I dont completely remember whisper of the heart, but I know it actually plays into The cat returns...I actually think it was supposed to be kind of how that was created. Totoro is also a HUGE classic, and a good watch..
hahaha honestly I'd suggest pretty much anything from studio glibli, CEPT maybe My neighbors the yamadas.. I think it's culture difference, but I didn't watch much of it. Also Pom Poko is..strange, but if you can sit through it has a good ending.
if you ever want to cave and watch all of them, the collection is only about 30$ on amazon. I personally think it's a hell of a buy, though be warned, because they condensed the movies, the quality goes waaayyy down. the movies on their own dvd is soooo much clearer and gorgeous.
You can probably tell I'm a fan haha..but I'm a sucker for good anime. :P
Otherwise yea.,.,it gets pricey :(

I don't like cats
Cats are my favorite!
They are selfish and arrogant, and they disregard you as long as you are not a food dispenser. They break things in front of you, staring into your eyes, and never feel guilty. The cats are the antithesis of moral !
While dogs are also known as "balls of furry, unconditional love"
I've got 3 cats and they follow me around from room to room and are always looking for affection. In fact one of them is a huge attention whore and gets really jealous when people pet the dog versus her.
One of my cats has actually "guarded me" and warned me from danger before and I believe she'd actually attack someone if they did anything to harm us. my oldest cat often calls for me when I'm not home (I've been told by a few people she'll literally act..mournful when I'm gone). She also has a sixth sense when I'm upset and has always comforting me. Once I was crying and she jumped right next to me and was purring while I just held her tightly and cried into her fur. I wasn't even being gentle and she tolerated it.
My youngest gives me little hugs all the time and they all cuddle with me at night.
Really my dog is much more independent and it took him years to really become "my dog"
I've also been bitten/growled at/ in danger from dogs waaaayyy more often then cats. my own dog included. I've never owned a cat with food aggression that threatened to bite me, where I've been trying to train my dog out of that since day one(with a lot of success, but it's still there..).
Besides I like that cats are actually choosey to whom they want to be friends with versus a dog that will show affection to the first thing it sees...Its a lot like me. I'm open to meeting people, but i only connect with a select few and I choose to be their friends. Cats are really just a more introverted animal where as dogs are extroverted.
Also, yes my youngest pushes things over from shelves, but it's usually to make noise to get me to wake up in the morning.
I'm certainly not saying cats are better then dogs, but typically I do prefer them. I'm very much like a cat in my personality and I've always felt so.
In fact most dogs I dont like.
They are destructive, temperamental, and can kill you.
But I'm definitely not going to judge all dogs because a few bad eggs.
And just like dogs bad cats are due to bad owners.
Cat's CAN be trained just like dogs, if you dont socialize them and just ignore them, of course they wont care for you and will only see you as a food dispenser...A dog would do the same thing.
but I admit when I see a strange dog I'm extremely wary of it, versus a cat. But I've also never heard of a cat attacking someone and killing them.
But yea..who knows maybe a ref sheet will pop up in a couple days xD

Really her backstory would be a mystery. She doesnt know why she's around, only that she's been given a second life.
I've had skull cats before, froma long time ago, and they have kind of a backstory, I figure she'd be of the same species.
In that case, just keep it a mystery. ^_^''
I like to use my fursona in different roleplays and it just helps me connect to my characters if they have things like that

Also, that's one of the best ways to make a personal character or fursona. The more thought put into it, the better :)
