My Terms Of Service Form For Commissions

~Rules and Contract~
When you want to commission me you agree by these rules and contract
What I will Draw: (I'll draw basically just about anything except for extreme fetishes and I won't draw gross stuff ether)

What I'm not very good at drawing:

Payment: I use
as my payment method. Payment is only in USD and will be made up front and in full before I start work on the commission. Keep in mind that when you want a commission from me please do be serious about it and not just say you want one but then don't pay me on your ending part cause I do take my commissions and customers seriously.
Progress Shots: It depends mainly on the commission I do for you like if it's full bodies, waist-ups, pin-ups, headshots, and bustshots then you'll have the option to request for wip shots or no. If it's like icons, sketchs, linearts, and YCH's then there's not wip's required.
Changes: Please do tell me if I need to correct mistakes or little minor parts to your commission before I go onto inking stages and so forth or else if you don't contact me by then no changes will be made afterward.
Completion Time: For full pieces, sketches, linearts, pin-ups (etc.) it takes up to about 12 to 16 days to complete due to rl things and college. Little things like icons don't take as long, maybe about 4-6 days depending on how much my work load is. Also all I ask is you please don't rush me with your piece cause I'm only human and I have a lot of other things to do and take care of besides art all the time but I promise you that you won't be disappointed once yours is completed.
Shipping: I don't do any shipping for my pieces, I rarely do traditional anymore since all my art is through digital.
Rights to the Image: I hold the full copyright to the image. I have rights to post the piece publicly unless you want the piece to be private and I'll send it to you separately instead. You have the right to distribute the artwork I created for you for non-profit use only. Your allowed to repost the image I made for you so long as you credit me full for the art itself. Your allowed to print it, use it for wallpaper, pictures, (etc.) as long as you don't take credit for it and sell it for yourself (meaning don't make money off of my works).
Refunds: Yes I will do refunds, for any reason why you decide to cancel your order before I work then I will pay you in full your amount you paid for. If the artwork is completed and you then ask for a refund that's when it'll be too late so please if you want a refund paid back in full then it has to be before I even start working on it or before I ink it.
~Other Commission Options~
Iron Artists/YCH's/Wing-Its: These will be announced in journals and submissions (no changes will be made with these unless I approve)
Pay What You Want Deals: As stated above these will be announced in journals and submissions. (For these you offer up whatever amount you think would fair on the piece to pay and we can work out a deal to see if I agree with the price depending on what the art piece is. Adult art will be charged for more then clean art.
Contact: The best way to get ahold of me for these is through notes and journals stating I'm open for certain commissions.
