As a commissioner you are expected to read, be familiar with, and follow this policy. It may be updated at any time. Please keep this in mind.
-Payment
-- 100% of the price for the commission must be paid up front, after the commission has been agreed upon unless commission exceeding $150. If so, 50%-75% must be paid upfront and the remaining amount paid once the sketch approval is agreed upon. If for any chance you you want to cancel the commission %100 of the amount you had paid will be refunded, unless a sketch has been created and given to you for approval. If so, 25%+ will be deducted out of your refund depending on the quality. All Refunded sketches will no longer belong to you and will be used later for TCBY's or personal artwork.
-- paypal is the only form of payment. No exceptions!
-- DO NOT PUT ANYTHING ABOUT THE CONTENT OF THE COMMISSION IN THE PAYPAL TRANSACTION. THIS IS IMPORTANT.

-- I WILL NOT draw: Cub/child porn, realistic vore, rape/violent porn, heavy blood and gore, death, multi-breasts, most animal genitalia, mindless smut, watersports/scat, castration, heavy drug use, hate art.
-- I am uncomfortable but will draw: herms, human on anthro, female on female, character with multiple of the same sex organ, cunt-boys.
-- Hands and paws are still a weak point for me. Please be understanding and mindful when commissioning me. I'm still learning with background setting.
-- if you have any questions about anything I will or will not draw that has or hasn't been stated above then please ask.

-Applying for a Commission
-- check my journal header and my profile for current commission status (OPEN or CLOSED)
-- if OPEN, there will be a journal posted with all the information about the commissions I’m taking at the time.
-- Send me an email regarding commission information or requesting a position in the open slots. Do not post your commission information on my journals unless stated otherwise. Only comments and questions regarding the commission status will be open.
- Process
-- Apply: apply for your commission by sending me an email regarding the commission information.
-- Confirmation: if your commission is accepted, I will respond to your email letting you know that you are part of my current work load.
-- Waitlist: If I am putting you on my waitlist then I will be putting your commission on hold until a little later. I will email you when I am ready and when my work load has died down. This is when you send payment and I will be adding you to my queue.
-- Payment: 100% of payment is due 48 hours after confirmation or your commission will be dropped.
-- Wait: wait patiently for me to reach your commission on my queue.
-- Sketch: I will draw a sketch of your commission and email it to you for review. Let me know ANY and ALL changes that need to be made at this time. If the commission is simply a "Sketch Commission", there are no WIP stages and you will be given a finished piece. Because of this, though, if I have made any mistakes feel free to point them out and I will gladly fix them.
-- Inks and Coloring: I will ink and color your image, but will only show you color WIPs unless requested and the commission exceeds higher quality. You CANNOT make any more major changes to the image, but feel free to point out if I make a mistake with colors or markings. I can fix these easily free of charge.
-- Finalize: I will email you when your commission is finished.
-- the commission will not be started until payment is received
-- you may change/edit/cancel the commission at any time before it has beenstarted
-- if requested, you can be sent a WorkInProgress at any stage of creation, but changes cannot be made after the image has been inked.
-- please do not rush me to get through commissions.
- Privacy and Livestream
-- I will put your name/icon in my commission queue, unless specifically asked not to do so. In this case, "private" or "???" will be listed in the spot instead.
-- I use Livestream, and will stream most/all commissions at any given time, as I see fit.
-- You may request that I wait and only stream your commission when you are there to watch, though this is not always possible because of scheduling.
-- You may wish to keep your commission private or semi-private. There are several options for this.
.......... 1) I livestream the piece publicly so that you can see how it's coming along, but I do not post the piece.
.......... 2) I do not livestream the piece, and do not post it until you give the "okay". This is preferred when buying commissions as gifts for people, etc. I can also stream these, but not post until you give an "okay".
.......... 3) I do not livestream OR post the piece, keeping it completely private. In this case, I can give you WIPs at any/all staged of the commission, as you'd like.
- Do's and Don'ts
-- I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
-- you DO NOT have the right to sell any part of the artwork in any way, shape, or form.
-- I keep the rights to the art piece
-- you have the right to repost the image anywhere you choose and to use the image for personal use, as long as credit is given to me and no money is made from the image.
-- you DO NOT have the right edit the image in ANY way, except if you wish to make an icon out of it. This includes, but is not limited to: removing my signature, recoloring the image, change the general structure of the image.
-- You may color or have another artist color (AND ONLY COLOR) Non-Colored Sketches and line arts with proper credit.
- Refunds
-- if the commission is canceled before it has been started, a full refund will be offered.
--If the commission has been started, a partial refund will be offered. The more work done on the commission, the less of a refund you will receive.
-- if for some reason I cannot complete your commission, I will inform you and offer you a full refund.
-- Keep in mind I have everything jogged down on Paypal. Any attempt to get more money as a refund or claim you had already paid me when you hadn't will get you an automatic ban on any attempts at future commissions and TCBYs.
-Discounts
-- I may offer discounts if I am having a Sale or a Special. Keep your eyes open for those.
-- please do not ASK for a discount. My prices are set as they are for a reason. If you want art from me but cannot afford it, wait for a Sale or Special. If you cannot afford it because of things going on in your life, then by all means worry about life first! It’s far more important than this.
-Extras
-- I distribute a Full Size image along with an FA sizable image for uploading. Only upload the resized version!
-- please do NOT rush me.
-- be civil and respectful. If you are not capable of this, I will refuse/cancel your commission, and will not even consider commissions from you in the future.
