TERMS OF SERVICE

Hello! i decided to take this pportunity to update my terms of service and create this space in the journal for you, to ask any questions and clear your doubts about how I work in commissions. This new TOS has no major changes compared to the previous one, i just wanted to clarify some things so you can understand better the process and the rules that apply. In behalf I want to thank averyone who takes a time to read it and understand it, and I want to thank all those who are applied for commissions so far!
Remeber this TOS takes value from this moment and doesn´t affect the last taken batch of commissions, those are ruled by the old TOS.

WILL/WONT DRAW:
• I will NOT draw Scat, Diapers, Watersports, Cub, Rape, Hyper, Pregnant, Inflation, or Vore.
• Also I don´t feel comfortable drawing animal genitalia, and I will ask you if I can replace it for human genitalia.
• My characters are generally off-limits for commissions involving sex with someone elses character.
• I will not draw fanart or fancharacters of any kind.
PREFERENCES
• I personally love pinups and suggestive art and will generally draw males more often then females.
• I can design a character for you, however it will cost quite a bit more then my usual commissions
EXTRA CHARGES:
• Fantasy and sci/fi armour
• Fantasy or real weapons.
• Complicate clothings/patterns and special drawings.
• Complex tattoo
• Designing a new clothing.
• Cosplay costumes.
• Backgrounds in perspective. (if asked by customer)
PAYMENT:
• I always accept payment upfront and full before I start your commission.
• PayPal is my choice for payment, anything else is trouble to me due the place where I live.
• If you have troubles to pay everything upfront we can discuss a half/half payment.
WIP/REWORKS:
• I always show thumbnail sketches (in case the picture required various ideas or points of view) refined sketches and pre-inking sketches. I accept changes in any of the sketch phases.
• I don´t accept changes when the lineart process is completed except for marking details, colors and hue/saturation.
• I will NOT rework a finished image.
• You are not allowed to change the character or add more characters once your commission is picked and listed. Tough you can change the outfit, pose or idea before I start.
TIMEFRAME:
• I try to get most commissions done within a week to a month, but as any human, I have a life outside internet. Thus I reserve the right to take as much time as I need to complete a commission. Also i can suffer from art blocks, in that case be patient with me, I always finish my commissions.
• I don´t work in commissions in the order they are listed. I try, but some factors that could modify the order of completion are:
payment order, references giving order, modifications and mistake fixing, problems with the sketch due complexity etc. Complains about finishing some commission in the list before yours are not accepted.
• I DO NOT accept deadlines of any kind. NO birthdays or special dates.
CHARACTER INFO
• Feel free to provide me with as many visual references as you wish for your commission. The more information you give me the more accurate I can be with the image.
• I do not accept lengthy text descriptions.
• Feel free to suggest poses or include images from Google to help me understand.
• I can not read minds so make sure the info you give me is accurate to what you’d like.
• feel free to include character personality descriptions no longer than 3 sentences.
COMMISSION SLOTS:
• I open via a journal, listing some rules and guidelines. Please read and follow them in order to get a slot. I then 'okay' your commission and give you my paypal address. Once payment is made you get your slot.
• There will be no waiting list.
• Plase don´t note me in order to get a slot.
OTHER:
• When I am finished I will send you a high res PNG file of the image you commissioned. I will not send you a print of the image.
• If a commission is canceled by either party I will refund the money paid minus the amount for what work has been finished.
• I reserve the right to post or not post the image as I wish, unless previously agreed not to. I also reserve the right to use the image any way I like including portfolios.
• I will not take penalty for not reading your mind.
• You are able to provide me an e-mail adress if you don´t feel comfortable with FA note system
• I reserve the right to decline any commission request without question.

thanks for the update.
Much as a bank robbery but yes, they are necessary to me due the hard work and study I need to make for things I'm not so skilled at and could cost me time and effort. Thanks for understand.
