RULES FOR REQUESTING A STREAM (PERSONAL)
There has been many inquiries about how to request a "Personal " Stream. In which a Commissioner wishes to view the progress of work or in other words, the ''commissioned'' piece. For any sort of live viewing of art, there is a certain set of criteria that has to be followed for the artist's well being and proper time management.
When making your request for a stream, please make sure you follow the following:
1. Day and Date/ As the artist I have a certain set of day's out of every week that I have available for personal streams.
2. Time/ With the day's I have available for streaming, there are certain time slots that are available on those day's. These times are set from an opening to a closing time frame. There is a 4 hour maximum stream time at all given times.
3. All 'Requests for Streams' must be discussed and agreed upon 48 hours prior to request date and time. - I will accept 24 hours prior, but only rarely.
4. Stream Requester must be on time for the stream they requested. There will be a 15 minute 'hold' in which I will wait for the commissioner to arrive. If commissioner fails to show up at the time agreed upon, I reserve the right to:
a. Cancel the stream.
b. Continue the stream, regardless of the commissioner being in stream or not.
EITHER OPTION IS UP TO MY DISCRETION.If you have prior knowledge of being late for a stream, you must let the artist know 2 hours prior to the stream time, or I reserve the right to fall back on options a. and b.
These rules are being updated to a written format to help keep things in order for both artist and commissioner. ALL REQUESTS EMAILED PLEASE / HATZUKATZU@HOTMAIL.COM
