Term of Services

Pre-made suits are nonrefundable
Sold as is I will not change them or modify them in any way
no returns must be paid in full head only must be paid
Once you send a first payment you are agreeing to this tos and the first payment is a holding payment. If you miss a payment, I have the right to keep all payments and resale it.. Payments are nonrefundable. So please make sure you want it. You don't get ANY payment back!!
i can cancel it anytime I will not accept rudeness or ignoring or any misbehavior.
also if I have a pre-made up for sale and you tell me you want it and you're willing to pay by this day please do so. Cuz once the day comes and I can't get ahold of you or you waste my time. I have a right to resell it and put you on a block-out list.

Warranty and Prices:

Any price quotes are subject to change. Amount of commissions are limited per month. Zombie Wolf Creations reserves the right to deny service to anyone and at any time.

Payments:

We require a non-refundable down payment ($700 for part suit, $900 for full, and the head is must be paid in full) to guarantee a completion date. Final payments must be received by the beginning of the month prior to the completion month. Late payment will result in a later completion date or a canceled commission because I don't start(unless I say) if the last payment is not done(don't include the shipping). We accept PayPal, We are not responsible for lost or late payments. I take a payment plan. Please do not send any payments until all parties involved come to an agreement. late payments do have a fee if you pay on the agreed date and you are going to be late i do give a 3 day grace period, after the three days it is late and you must pay the fee with payment first late fee is $125 and will not take it after midnight so get it in beforehand! if you don't pay after the three day grace period i give its another late fee but this one is $250
if I don't get that plus the other late fee and payment then you have given up your commission and will remove you from the list and put you on the blackout and or buy list. all money will be no returns and I have the right to re-sell your suit but I will make changes to it.
Also if you send me a money orders I can do that but not responsible if lost or stolen
Also if you pay all payments and you get it and you say hay I don't like it I want my money back. You don't get a refund.

Sizing:

We require all fullsuit commissions to complete and send us a duct tape dummy. Specific fitting preference before the suit is made if you want a certain type of fit (loose, medium, tight, etc). If you are planning on growing, losing, or gaining weight, or changing any size of your body, wait to make the duct tape dummy until after you have completed your physical change. We will keep the future body change in mind at your request. For example, if you plan on gaining weight after the suit is made, we cant make the body larger than your current body size. The tighter the costume fits, the less range of motion you will have. The looser the body fits, the more range of motion you will have.

Age:

All customers must be 18 years of age before sending any payments. If under 18,sorry but I don't do underage! Even if you are having family pay...no is no.


Last-minute changes:
there are no last min changes, the ref sheet you send me is the final one.

Refunds

In the event that the client cancels their commission, I do keep the upfront payment, because I don't have the money to order things and then you cancel it. i do make-to-order suits, meaning I order the stuff I need with the upfront money, if you get parts you must pay it all in full!
If you pay for a long time then you want to cancel well...i have the right to resell your suit and you don't get your money back, I don't have the time to waste or fabric.
Premade suits must be paid in full. Also already made suits meaning I had a suit and now no longer want it. it must be paid in full. Also must be 18 to buy.

Work in progress photos and updates:

Work in progress updates and photos will be available on my Facebook page and on this Fa page. Don't ask for having wip picture just follow my page and you will see it. I'll send them to when I can sometimes or just check it out here or on my fb. Don't hassle me about what's going on and wine. Or I'll cancel your commission and you'll not get a return. I'll not tolerate harassment or bicthing,whining about it.

Shipping:
shipping is priority now only just because insurance for me. I am NOT responsible for the package once it is mailed out. also when shipping please make sure you give me the right address if I get the wrong address you are responsible for paying me a return fee ($200) if I have to resend it again to the right address.
Shipping is not included in the price, you have to pay it after the commission is done. We can do an estimate price of the shipping before starting. It's able to change. No deadlines also on commissions.

Concept art: Zombie Wolf Creations requires concept art to begin work on a project. In order for a quote, we require concept detailed of the costume. The ending product will be made based on the look of the reference art. Small differences may be present as the final size and shape of the costume will most likely be slightly differently shaped than the concept art. Zombie Wolf Creations is not responsible for including anything that is not present on the agreed concept art. I do not accept pictures of fursuit already made, pictures of an animal or a ref of a fursona already to someone just because " its what i want" . You can find a blank reference sheet (google picture) and put your color and design on it.

Allergy Warning:
We have a cat,if my cat goes around my whole house but stay away from my fur.

also I'm not responsible if you get overheated in your fursuit. please read be responsible and drink plenty of water and keep yourself cool.

Warranty:

Contract:

Anything agreed upon by both parties in writing, including email, is a binding contract. By accepting a commission of zobie wolf creations you agree upon all terms of service. Our store's digital copies of all communication for our records, and we advise you to do the same.

images and content zombie wolf creations and social websites we have joined are strictly for use only unless proper credit has been given. Do not repost and reuse or zombie wolf creations images without proper credit.

-communication failure to pay
We will contact our clients through our email at pumpkin10723[at]gmail.com please provide 1-4 days to get a reply. all emails must be in English. if you do not know English then try having a friend or family member contact us for you.

Failure to pay after 1 month will result in a fee. 2 months or less, I will drop your commission.


PLACING AN ORDER OR REQUESTING A QUOTE YOU ACKNOWLEDGE YOU HAVE READ AND ACCEPT THE TERMS ABOVE. IGNORANCE OF THESE CONDITIONS IS NOT AN EXCUSE. I ALSO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE COMMISSIONS THAT I FEEL I WOULD BE UNABLE TO COMPLETE.
