So, it's okay to post promoting raffles now?

They've never STOPPED people promoting raffles. This is what my journals (Nov 22nd and Jan 17th) about the subject were explaining back when it first happened. What they put a stop to is raffle hosts FORCING people to make journals in order to enter raffles.

Promoting a raffle is completely up to the entrant.

I more meant culturally, since there's been a loooong silence of your raffle posts.

Oh. I dunno about culturally, but I just haven't entered a lot of raffles as of late
