TOS What I WILL Do
*G-XXX (less comfortable with adult rating, but if it's tasteful, possibly)
*ALMOST any fetish [pretty much ask and I'll consider it unless it's on the list below]
*anything from traditional sketches to fully shaded fully colored traditional pieces
*pixel icons
*poetry
*short written passage, rated G-XXX [handwritten or typed]
What I WILL NOT Do
*Rape
*Gore [subject to change]
*anything really gooey [subject to change]
*kid porn [really, any pornography involving parties under eighteen]
*scat [not sure if golden showers count as scat, but this, I suppose, would be okay]
*I WILL NOT put up with rude behavior towards me or anyone who comments on my art [grey areas can be discussed, but violators will be blocked]
*change a finished piece
Pricing
As of right now, all art is completely free of charge. This is, however, subject to change. Be on the lookout for updates, they won't be easily missed.
NOTES!
1! I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, be it your attitude or a personal issue with the content.
2! I need you guys to talk to me. If I ask you about a piece of art that you have commissioned me for [or requested, as the case may be,] I expect you to respond as promptly as possible. If I don't get a response within two months, I will void the com/request and move on to the next one. In the case of commissions, you will be refunded. Only under extenuating circumstances will I make exceptions.
3! As previously mentioned, I will refund your money, but only for a good reason. This is not my household's only source of income, though I certainly hope that it will be a source in the future.
4! I will work at my own pace, and it's normally, but not always, a first come - first served situation. Often times, I will do the smaller pieces in between bigger ones, simply to get them out of the way. If at any time you feel I am taking too long, PLEASE note me and we can discuss. However, I am doing these for free [for now]. Keep that in mind.
5! In my list of things I will not do, I have stated that I will not change a finished piece. I know, this seems really unfair, as I am the one that messed up, and not you. However, I am working with pens and pencils on paper, not digital art. That means, once it's there, it's pretty much there permanently. That isn't something I can really change. So, to avoid that becoming an issue, GIVE ME ALL OF THE NECESSARY INFORMATION AT ONCE. You have no idea how difficult and laborious it is to have to hunt down all of the details individually because they weren't given firsthand.
YOU MAY REPOST ANYTHING I DRAW FOR YOU AS LONG AS YOU PROPERLY CREDIT ME FOR IT
All of that said, I certainly hope that all of you enjoy the art I give you, and that these terms are fair.
