1. Terms:
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms listed here. If you do not agree with any of these terms, feel free to message me via the note function on FurAffinity.

If you commission a piece of mature rated or above artwork, you agree that you are over the age of 18.

2. Conditions:
I, CaroXMaster reserve the right to reject any commission ideas without warning or the need for reason.
I also reserve the right decline any commission that may fall under any of the categories listed below, if your idea falls under this, the likelihood that you will get it will be tiny
1. Any artwork that would require a large change in proportions (be that one part or many)
2. Gore, Goreporn or anything of the sort.
3. Cub
4. Scat
5. Rape
6. Suiting
7. Latex/Goo furries
8. Humans
9. Females/Herms (girly boys are accepted, but females are unlikely)
10. Ferals (this depends on the commission.)
11. Vore of any kind (anal, oral, it's all a no-no)

Things that fall into a gray area with me are as follows (this honestly depends on how I feel at the time you commission me)
1. Watersports
2. Macro/Micro
3. SFW artwork

Things I will be more than happy to draw include
1. BDSM
2. Femboys
3. Crossdressing
4. Anthro Pokéfurs
5. PORN.

If what you'd like to commission doesn't fall into any of these categories, feel free to note me via FA. I'll decide on it then.

3. Work Policy:

Prices are charged according to the rates posted in my pricing guide. Payments are only to be made with Paypal upfront, You will be added to my workload queue, and when you are at the top, I will contact you about making a start, please do not contact me about starting the commission within 3 weeks of payment, the likelihood is I am working on somebody else's piece. I will contact you when I'm ready. If after 3 weeks, you have still had no contact, please message me.

If you wish to make a change to your commission before I have begun on the linework, you may message me, I will make the change free of charge, unless the change would affect the original price of the commission. If you wish to make a change after linework has begun, it may incur a fee.

If you notice a mistake in the artwork that was my fault (not down to miscommunication, a change after the commissions' lineworking stage or down to poor references) I will make the change free of charge, it is the commissionee's responsibility to make sure that their references and communication are concise and clear enough so that mistakes are not made. If you do not have clear concise references etc, you are welcome to try and describe the differences to me, I will try to work with you as best I can.

If I am to be going on holiday/taking a break from artwork, I will try to get into contact with you regarding the downtime, please be patient and allow the time to pass before contacting me about your commission. If I do not personally message you, I may have a journal on FA regarding the issue.

4. Refund Policy:

Any time during the work process, you have the right to cancel the art production and request a refund, but by doing so you agree to the following:
1. Canceling before any work is done will guarantee a 100% refund.
2. Canceling during or at the completion of a sketch/line art will return a 50% refund.
3. Canceling beyond the point 2 will not return a refund.
My refund policy does not refund any fees incurred when sending payment, if there is.

5. Extra information:

Rudeness, unpleasant behavior or harassment will not be tolerated. Acting in such a manner may result in the discontinuation of work on your commission.


6. Copyright/Reproduction

you may use commissioned artwork for any non-commercial purposes, where available, you must credit me

If you are posting artwork commissioned from me anywhere else, please link back to me, either to the original artwork or to my userpage on Furaffinity.

Artwork commissioned from I, CaroXMaster, may not be used in any way commercially without express permission from me.

Artwork commissioned may be withheld from the general public, all you need to do is ask, and I will refrain from posting it.

I may use artwork you commission for advertisement purposes, portfolios, and may post artwork elsewhere on the internet, if you wish to opt out of this, you must notify me before making payment.




Failure to adhere to these terms after agreeing to them may result in a discontinuation of work on your commission, and your money may not be refunded. Failure to adhere to these terms after agreeing may also result in legal action.
