By commissioning me you are immediately accepting the following terms.
About Slots:
You can claim the slot via comment in the respective submission or journal. However, the content of the commission must be discussed via private message (PM).
I will need some kind of reference before I start working. Please have one in hand (it is not necessary to have a full reference: a well-descriptive art (not text, please) is enough). From the moment you claim a slot and I acknowledge it is yours, you have 48 hours to send a ref. If you do not send a ref in that period, you lose the slot.
After discussing the contents of the commission via PM, I will accept or decline the commission. After this I will hand you my email for Paypal payment.
Prices in the commission sheet may vary depending on works’ complexity. Those prices are considered as base prices.
ALL COMMUNICATION MUST BE THROUGH PM OR EMAIL, NOT BY COMMENTS IN SUBMISSIONS OR IN PAYPAL.
About Payment:
No refunds.
Payment is only accepted by Paypal in USD currency EXCEPT if you’re from Chile. In this last case, we can coordinate a bank transaction and avoid using Paypal.
I will not start working until I receive full payment. I will notify you when I receive the corresponding money.
Do not send any money until I have accepted your commission. Your slot will remain reserved until I accept (this considering I already have some sort of reference, detailed above).
When I accept the commission, I will wait for payment for 48 hours. After that time, if I do not receive the corresponding payment, you lose your slot. If you know you will not be able to pay within 48 hours PLEASE tell me before I accept it, so we can discuss a new time.
About Content:
I will draw any theme that is of general or mature tag. Adult themes should be discussed, but I do those in general except for fetishes that involve minors (like diaper or incest). However, I can decline some mature or adult theme at my own discretion.
I will work with the ref and with as much detail as you give me. Those details not specified will remain to be done with artistic freedom.
THE ARTWORK IS STILL DONE BY ME and I shall be considered its author. Do not claim the artwork as your own or share it without a link to my gallery: 0indigo0.deviantart.com or www.furaffinity.net/user/indiemaria.
Do not use the artwork for commercial uses (e.g. prints of any kind).
