BEGIN JOURNAL These are my terms of service. Please, check this before commissioning me! It may be updated with new things when I think of something, who knows. Some of the stuff in here I got from other people~ This is still a work in progress!
Please keep in mind that drawing is my job, please don't make it any harder for me than it already is.
If you are going to quote me my own Terms of Service, be sure you read it thoroughly beforehand.

You can contact me through notes or through my email, which is aelliscommissions@gmail.com. All commission details from now on will be emailed to aelliscommissions[at]gmail.com or noted to me. Please and Thank you~♥
Also do not use my skype as a way to keep updated on your commission. My skype is for talking to people. It annoys me when people do that.
Payment:
Payment is strictly through DeviantArt points and PayPal. USD only. I take payment before the sketch piece or the full piece of artwork is begun, unless told otherwise. Rarely I will accept payment through things purchased off my amazon wishlist, but only when I am not in DIRE need of money.
About when/how I do my art:
♥Naturally, I love to draw like any other artist but I like to do it at my own pace. Just to warn people before they consider commissioning me, I work slowly. Not going to lie. Though, I promise to get the picture done. Also top priority for me is my commissions, then art trades, and finally request/raffles. Sometimes I might do something else or work on what I feel like working on. And so after reading all of this and if you still want to commission me, then please, know you have to be patient with me.
♥A person may only order one picture per person. So you cannot order multiple pictures from me at a time. Feel free to commission another right after though. This keeps me from getting overworked and I can take on orders from different people.
♥I will fix any mistakes that are my fault. I do provide a rough sketch before I continue(unless it is a ych or wing-it). I will await your approval. If you forgot to send me a correct reference sheet, then that is on you. I go by the reference(s) you send me. It is the responsibility of the commissioner to provide me with all necessary information to complete the commission.
♥I do not take on descriptive commissions. Meaning, I am more of a visual person. Please have a proper reference sheet (NO SHADING). Do not try describing your character(s) to me. If you describe it and I draw my take on your description, then you decide you want to change your description completely I may become cross.
♥I do not work on deadlines. Before commissioning me, you need to understand that I am not the kind of artist who will get your commission done in under a day. Usually it takes between 1.5 and 8 weeks. Should I finish sooner, that's great for you! If not, please do not harass me, it makes me incredibly nervous and I can't work when I am stressed.
♥You can contact me about updates every so often. Just, do not do it frequently. It becomes tiresome and I will get annoyed.
♥I will work on personal art or free art between commissions. So if I upload something that isnt your commission then please understand that I am human, not a robot. I need to unwind and keep my creative juices flowing, your commission may have stressed me out.
♥Yes, I do give refunds but only if it's for something else other then my working pace (You have already been warned that I work slow.) If you want a refund then you must give a legitimate reason why. If for any reason a commission gets canceled, the commissioner gets refunded the paid amount MINUS the payment for the work that has already been done until this point.
♥My real life issues come before your commission. I get that you want your art but if my great uncle dies or my puppy, I will need some personal days. If I get behind on bills, I will take on more commissions. That does NOT mean I won't finish yours, it just means it may take me a few more days to finish it.
Rights:
♥ I, as the artist, have every right to turn down your commission. Please, be mature and do not try to argue with me. No means NO.
♥I, as the artist have every right to upload commissions in whatever order I wish, you may have commissioned me last and been the first I uploaded or the other way around. I may hold onto commission pieces until I finish them all and upload in batches. Or, I may note you with a stash link to your specific piece and not upload it at all.
♥Yes, you are allowed to post the art you commissioned from me on whatever site you want, as long you give credit where credit is due. My signature/watermark is to be left untouched.
♥I reserve the right to use rejected sketches (ex: if you rejected a sketch for a whole new pose) for my own use, but I will alter it so the character doesn't look like yours.

Super Duper Muscles
Stolen Characters
Your character with a character from a television show or game (ex: sonic, mlp, starfox)
Vore
Extremely large anything. (breasts, dicks, etc)
Bugs (may make an exception for butterfly/moths)
Gore
Porn
Anything that makes me feel uncomfortable.
MOST NSFW STUFF. (ASK)
