Terms of Service1. Payment
Payment must be conducted via paypal. No other services are currently being accepted.
Commissioners should place their FA username in the comments so that I am sure who has payed me. No other information is necessary unless requested.
2. Types of Pictures
I prefer to draw SFW pictures, but am willing to draw NSFW art if I feel it is within my ability to do so.
NSFW material will be addressed on a case by case basis, and may incur additional charges if it is difficult or uncomfortable material
I will draw humans as well as furries. Ferals are less likely to be accepted.
Specific scenes may incur additional charges if they severely add to the difficulty of the piece.
3. Privacy
The commissioner retains the right to disallow their purchase from being uploaded to my page.
They also retain the right to disallow the picture from being worked on during livestreams.
I will wait to upload/send the picture at a certain time if requested, providing I am available at the time desired.
4. Artist Rights & Distribution
I retain the rights to all art I draw.
The rights to characters involve remain with their respective creators.
I will not draw a picture including someone else's characters without their permission unless for the specific purpose of being gifted to that person.
I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason. I do not have to disclose my reasons.
Altering my artwork is not allowed unless specifically granted permission by myself.
Commissions may not be resold unless specifically stated otherwise.
5. Commission Process
If you wish to commission me, you should send a note, or leave a shout. You may also leave a comment on any journals I may make in the future for that specific purpose.
Provided I accept the proposal, you will be provided with my paypal contact. Payment is expected in full upfront. The option to "upgrade" a picture exists provided the commissioner pays the difference in price before further work commences.
I will provide a sketch page for you to review. If you accept this we will continue. I will redraw it no more than twice before further fees may be involved.
If you wish to be updated as I work on the picture past the initial sketch, you should request this in advance (I will generally update you as I complete each "stage" of work in this case). Otherwise I will simply complete the piece and send it to you once finished.
A completed piece will not be changed unless there are grievous errors that must be corrected. Generally, a picture will not be changed significantly past the sketch stage.
I will send you a note containing a link to a dropbox of the finished picture. This will generally be a .jpg or .psd file unless requested to be otherwise.
6. Refunds & Cancellation
If a picture is cancelled during or before the initial sketches a full refund will be sent.
If it is cancelled during any other stage, only the cost covering the uncompleted portion will be refunded.
If I fail to complete a picture within a reasonable amount of time, I will provide a full refund.
7. Behavior
Please, don't be a jerk. Don't rush me. I will complete the work as quickly as I am available. Keep in mind I work all during the week during the school year and am not available to work much during those days so work will get done quicker on weekends.
If you fail to be respectful, I will cancel your commission and refund the uncompleted portion. You will not be considered for future commissions.
