Check it gee. I never remember exactly what they said. But it's good they did - the raffle journal spam was overwhelming over the last few years.

I basically can't encourage people to "Mimic" this journal is what I've read. Alright, everyone get's a +2 automatic ballet. And they don't have to post a journal.

The actual ruling is that raffle/auction/event hosts (in this case, you) cannot FORCE people to create journals to promote said event in order to be entered.
However, if people WANT to do so, they're in all rights allowed to. It has to be optional.

I have a few questions:

I'm a little confused by how the winners work. Will each colour be selected separately? Will it be the top 5 winners will get to pick in order which spot they want (as in the first person to win gets to choose from all the spots, the second winner picks from the remaining 4 spots, etc)?

In any case, am I able to offer a different character for each spot? (ie, one character for the red spot, one for the green spot, etc, depending on which I win...)

Finally, is it males only or can female characters be used?
