# Terms Of Service
if you hire me that means you accept this TOS!

### your rights / my obligations
- commission is yours, you are free to do with it whatever you see fit eg.: monetizing, reposting, editing (attribution is welcome, but is not required)
- you're free to ask me for at least three image sketches, before settling on one i should finish (in general: i'm ok with "doing as many sketches as it takes" but i'd like cover myself a bit in case someone would turn out to be too indecisive)
- you can cancel commission and get partial refund (proportional to work already done)

### your obligations / my rights
- Payment, via PayPal.
- if you are in EU/EEA/Switzerland/UK there is also option of Payment via SEPA bank transfer. tl;dr is: it would generally involve "more work for you" and "all benefits are towards me (less bank overhead)" so if you prefer paypal: that is cool, i get that, but if you're ok with "more homework" i'd appreciate that too.
- I post commission after payment, to the wider public at full resolution, unless arranged otherwise. (additional charges may apply for "private work")
- I can cancel commission without giving reason - if so commissioner gets full refund (including PayPal fees if commissioner will provide proof that he paid for eg. currency conversion)
- i don't guarantee any delivery date (i'll do my best to ensure reasonable timeframe)

### other stuff
- you are of age, in most places +18 (sorry, even if you are after something SFW: too much potential headache with doing business with minors)
