I can only offer words of hope, that you do find something. My family is in a bit of a pickle ourselves right now. If this had happened a year ago, my place would have been open for you to come stay, but now our family is looking at instability. And while I could offer my house as a place to stay, not only is it across country for you in Ca, but it would be extremely temporary. Although I could probably help you find work fairly quickly here. I am praying that you find a place to stay vashan. Please do not give up hope. Have faith.

Thank you, hon. I'm just on the lookout for a new place to go that's within range. Someplace safe, where I could effectively look for a job and get back on my feet.

In my own situation, the best I can offer is encouragement to never give up the fight; strife is burdening and weighs you down, but it also builds you up in its own way. I'm certain you'll come through if you just persevere and keep your eyes open for the next opportunity to come. Having had family who've been in a similar situation they taught me that the best thing you can do is keep fighting for that stable ground and not just give in to become another derelict in the world. Keep making a nuisance of yourself at offices looking for work, or a shelter to stay at which might change its tune or might have been missed. Humanity can be found in the darndest places.

Flowery words, but sometimes they're just what we need in times when darker words try to tear us down. Just don't feel ashamed about venting here as well; there are always open ears and some of those ears may have resources they can point you to.

I appreciate it, hon. I'm still trying to push through this, all the same, but I'm extremely grateful for as many people that have shown me such care during this time. It really helps to know that many do, at least, see me, and it's encouraging when life's been kicking you one too many times in the grapenuts. x.x
