Pre-RI Furbowl 29 park meet - August 9, 4 p.m. (Slater Park)

I've decided to take a page from 
SundanceWolf's playbook and try something new for the next furbowl. She has started an outdoor furry meet that takes place a few hours before her Auburn furbowl. The intention is to have a friendly outdoor meeting place that's quiet compared to the bowling alley so that people have the chance to talk and know one another.
This will take place on August 9 at 4 p.m. by the Crescent Park Looff Carousel in Slater Park at RR 1A, Pawtucket, RI. (MAP IS HERE) This the same place we went to on the Sunday after RI Furbowl 25. It is less than 10 minutes away from East Providence Lanes. We shall stick around for about two and a half hours before we head to the alley.
Fursuits are welcome at the park, but I still recommend that you take them off before we get to the alley.
THIS MEET IS OPTIONAL. You do not have to attend this meet at the park if you can or can't make it. The main event for the day is the furbowl.
