I will start off this journal with a few questions and information about this account.

~★ What is the Angels Nest? ★~
The idea behind the Angels Nest was basically to take whatever concept art skills and experience I have and creating for the growing family of Angel Dragons. With approval I then opened this page up to offer weekly or bi-weekly AD designs to everyone who wishes to see them and own them. Each sale I then send a generous percentage to the original creator of this adorable species.
~★ When do we see new dragons in the nest? ★~
Designs go up either weekly or bi-weekly depending on what's created for that time frame. A new dragon will appear in the Angels Nest on Saturdays ( if available ) and will leave the nest on Wednesdays to their new owners. Each winner get's a high resolution 300dpi reference sheet of the dragon they won and an informative note. It's that simple :D
~★ Are there rules to owning one of your designs? ★~
Yes of course, everything tends to have some sort of rules or "terms of use". Each winner of a dragon will get a information package to go with the high resolution reference sheet that explains everything. Don't worry, it's nothing to horrible or drastic ^^ Just needed information on owning the rights to that design.
~★ Are these dragon designs "approved"? ★~
Every design is already seen by ino89777 before I release it for auction.
Each reference will have a stamp from the nest indicating that the design is "approved".
~★ How does the auction work? ★~
Visitors have a chance to bid on a design each time it's available. Sometimes there will be "buy outs", other times ladder options, or other types of offers depending on the dragon. Auctions will run on Saturdays and end on Wednesdays at around 10pm Central time.
~★ How does payment work? ★~
Payment is through paypal for each auction win, at least until there is a better alternative. The winner will be given an invoice to pay the final amount and have 24 hours in which to do so. Once payment is received, the winner of the design will be emailed their dragon ref sheet and information. If payment fails, the design will be given to the person previous to the final winning bidder.
~★ What about sniping bids? ★~
When an auction is nearing it's end time, anyone who bids at the last minute ( aka. sniping ), there will be a 10min extension time to allow the previous person time to counter that bid. If that person bids then they get another 10min extension to allow the previous bidder to counter act on that bid, and so forth, until the bidding has stalled. Hope that makes sense! XD
I know there may be slight bumps in the road on some auctions and possible arguments. If this should occur, I will deal with the situation as best I can. Please know that if you are bidding on a design, you must keep an eye on it so that you don't miss out. :) I will always stay respectful of everyone and only expect the same in return, especially if there is any type of disagreement.
~★ Um, I don't agree with one of your designs. ★~
If there is ever a question or someone feels that one of my designs is too similar to theirs, please note the angels nest. I can assure you if this occurs it's completely coincidental as I take complete pride in my work. Please do not come at me with raging text as I am not looking to fight or argue. BUT do expect me to possibly debate with you ( in a civil manner ) if I feel that my design has not invaded yours. I am willing enough to work through any situation as long as it's handled with respect.^^
