Thanks for reading!! Here's my terms of service [ToS] for commissions or trades!!
Please note: these ToS are subject to change whenever I see fit!!
| Adoptable ToS |
☆ Once you've purchased, you may change pretty much whatever you like about the adopt, including gender, colors, hair style, markings, whatever!! You bought them so have a field day haha!
☆ Please, the first time you upload, credit me for the original adoptable design and link back to either my FA or Tumblr.
☆ If you upload the art of the adopt you bought by me, please credit me for the art and the original design!
This is all I ask, thank you for purchasing~~

What can you do with my art?[
☆ You may download my art and trace, use as a reference, do anything, as long as you don't reupload it or distribute it in any way. I believe that using other artists work as inspiration and using it to understand stylistic elements helps you learn!! But please don't intentionally steal my art.
☆ You may post commissioned artwork to your page.
☆ You may reupload commissioned artwork to other websites [see below terms].
☆ You may use my work as a reference on work that you upload, but you'll be required to link back to the piece of art you referenced from me.
☆ Please don't use my characters in sexually explicit contexts without asking first!!
☆ FEEL FREE TO ASK !!!!

General Terms of Service
☆ I reserve the right to decline any commission.
☆ I accept payment through paypal invoices ~ DO NOT send money to my paypal without an invoice, I will cancel the transfer and send you an invoice regardless. [note: you do NOT need a paypal account to pay via paypal invoice, you can pay with any major creditcard as well].
☆ I am not comfortable drawing shotacon or lolicon [I am okay with drawing characters that look young, as long as they are over 18].
☆ Refunds will only be issued if the piece has not been completed, if for whatever reason, you would like to cancel your commission, I will deduct the price of what has already been done and give you the money for what has not: Ex: If you have paid for a full shade, full body: $45, and I have only completed the lines, I will keep $20 and give you back $25.
☆ I will complete a 'hard sketch' that is fairly detailed and at this point I will send you the paypal invoice to your e-mail and accept payment before I start lining the piece [note: if you have only commissioned me for a sketch, I will require payment up front].

Your rights as the commissioner
☆ You may repost the commissioned piece in your gallery but please link back to either my furaffinity or tumblr.
☆ You may claim your character [of course].
☆ You may post to other websites, even if I don't have accounts there, as long as you post a link in the description the same as above ^^.
☆ You may give the art to another person if you decide to sell your character but you cannot sell the piece of art separately for monetary gain.
☆ You may get artwork for a friend as long as they're alright with you drawing their character. I will link back to both of you in the description.
☆ You may commission fan art from me, as long as the original creator is alright with whatever you are requesting.
☆ You may use the image as your icon as long as you have the image in your gallery and it links back to me.
☆ You may alter the image or add on to the image in any way you like as long as you distinguish the two such as: "Image created by manticorebooty [link] and edits done by me [color done by me, lines done by me... whatever else].
