These are very important and we are'nt responsible if you didn't read them.
Commissions
- Ask in notes only, please write '' Commish '' as subject. Please don't order on pictures.
- We don't accept deadlines. We don't want to be pushed and stressed, please understand that.
( if it's for a birthday, we will maybe reconsider this rule, but probably ask an extra amount for that. )
- Commissions always first. Gifts and Raffle Prizes will be done after.
- We aren't your slaves. Be polite, specific and clear of what you want.
- Shipping is ALWAYS at your fee unless it's written the opposite.
- Fill out the form needed when you really want to order something.
Payment
- A Non-Refundable Prepayment of 50% is required on any order above 50$, below this amount you need to pay it 100% before we start building / drawing your order.
- Paypal only, unless you live not far and you can pay / pick-up in person.
- Always include your Username and Item in the comment area of the payment.
- We will say to you which paypal you need to pay, it's depends on who will make the commission.
- Auctions: Payment needs to be done witihin 24hrs. 100% of the amount.
- Bid only if you are sure to have the money.
After-Service
On fursuits only:
If something breaks, the buyer pays shipping and we will repair it for free.
It may sound rude but i'm honest and I know that I do better work when i'm not under pressure..
