3. Winner to be decided on Saturday August 23rd at 9 PM Eastern Standard Time
4. If a previous winner is drawn they will have to pick someone who wants to be drawn be it if its on the participant list or someone who isn't participating. If you can't decide tell me and I can do another randomization of the list.
